i also had problems with apple site but it was something with the addressesI tried to order through Apple, as I have done in the past, but during the ordering process I, like many others, got a message that Apple could not retrieve our Next contract from AT&T. I tried a few times and finally, thinking I might get through faster, logged onto my AT&T account and ordered there. BIG MISTAKE!
I feel like people need to be reminded that no matter how bad AT&T may be, they are not PURPOSELY trying to screw you over. They are probably doing the best they can. They are swamped. They covered their ass by giving us October ship dates, and we had the option to Cancel our orders for the last 14 days. If you chose to refuse to believe what your order says, or what your Customer Service Rep said to you, then that's really on you.
