yeah, probably not a good sign if you were expecting it today... hopefully soon though
Yeah I've realized it's definitely not coming today....but I was hoping maybe next week but I don't really know what to do or what to expect since AT&T has provided me with zero information about anything.
 
I feel like people need to be reminded that no matter how bad AT&T may be, they are not PURPOSELY trying to screw you over. They are probably doing the best they can. They are swamped. They covered their ass by giving us October ship dates, and we had the option to Cancel our orders for the last 14 days. If you chose to refuse to believe what your order says, or what your Customer Service Rep said to you, then that's really on you.

I get it...they kinda messed up and some got their phones and some didn't, but they really didn't promise 9/25 so...if this were in court you would lose.
 
It's a phone. When the orders were placed you were given October dates.

You've had plenty of time to cancel your order.

Yes. I am exactly mad because people who ordered after me are getting the phone ahead of me. You said it exactly right.
 
I feel like the fact that i can still cancel my order is kinda....not good :( like it hasn't even shipped out or done anything.

I feel a little better after venting to several poor CS agents, but still extremely angry.

Yes, it's a phone. Mine works fine. I can wait. But when someone behind me in "line" gets theirs first, they have stock to send to stores, and I don't have a tracking # yet, there's a problem.
 
That said, this is exactly why we ordered through Apple.

I tried to order through Apple, as I have done in the past, but during the ordering process I, like many others, got a message that Apple could not retrieve our Next contract from AT&T. I tried a few times and finally, thinking I might get through faster, logged onto my AT&T account and ordered there. BIG MISTAKE!

i also had problems with apple site but it was something with the addresses

LOL. I think I read that you're gay previously, right? Not that that matters. LOL. You're kinda feisty. I'm gay too, gays for the win!!! But besides that, did you read my comment? I have my iPhone 6+s already. I even posted a picture on this thread.

I'm trying to give information to those who are frustrated about what's happening. Sitting on this forum complaining about what's happened isn't going to fix the issue for next year's launch. You are right about the dates. AT&T covered their butts with the dates BUT if others who ordered early aren't getting phones but yet people who ordered a lot later ARE getting phones on launch day, that's not acceptable. I like being proactive. I'm all about taking action and making voices heard. Sorry if that offends you....
 
You'd be on here complaining too if your phone wasn't already out for delivery. Quit being a damn troll.

Actually no. I've been in this thread since the beginning and I was ready and did accept that I wouldn't get my phone until October 16 to 23.

It came early. Lucky me? Probably.

They never promised me it would be today. Never. I clicked the Order button knowing it had an October date on it like the rest of you, so...

Oh... I didn't know that happened to people. Did you do the pre-registration stuff with  ?
I'm sorry. I will cross my fingers that you get your phones soon.
