Again let me ask this to all of those who have received phones. Did the phone arrive before you received any notification?

I know technically it's not ATT's fault if they promised Oct 16-23 delivery dates, but if I pre-order, I expect a little reward for my trouble. As it looks currently, I can walk 2 blocks to the ATT store and pick up a phone. At what point to I tell ATT to cancel my order?

Mine update to undeliverable as addressed. Ridiculous. Trying to get in touch w stupid usps is ridiculous.
 
Well I got my tracking info last night at around 8:30pm PDT but the FedEx website didn't recognize it for about a half hour, and then it just said Pending. This morning it has me scheduled for a Monday delivery. 128gb SG 6S+ ordered 9/12 12:02:33am PDT.

So here's a fun little story.

It's 1:30pm here. My tracking info still maintains that I will see my phone on Monday. I moseyed on over to the AT&T store a half-mile from my house and asked if they had any of my model in stock. They did. "We haven't been too busy," she said.

So I told her that I had preordered online two weeks ago, that my device had already shipped, but was scheduled for delivery on Monday, and I asked her what the chances were of being able to cancel the online order and buy one of the ones they had in stock instead. She said what I knew she would say - you can't cancel the order once it's shipped.

So I called AT&T and gave them all of these details - the phone I ordered will be here Monday, the same phone is available in-store, but I can't buy it there because my online order already shipped. I told her that basically, because I preordered, I will not be able to have a new phone today. I asked her if she could waive the $15 upgrade fee as recompense.

She couldn't, because it hadn't been charged to my account yet... but she did add a $15 credit to my account to thank my for my loyalty to AT&T (I've been with them for over 10 years). The upgrade fee will still appear on my next bill, but it will be offset by the credit.

Maybe I could have asked for more, I don't know, but I'm happy enough. I'll have my phone on Monday and I saved a bit of money. :cool:
 
i went too AT&T store and got my 64GB iphone no waiting for UPS USPS or fedex am happy i have my phone and you all are still waiting
 
FedEx delivered my iPhone 6S 64GB SG an hour ago. Time to add my credit cards and restore to my apple watch. :)
 
Thought I'd chime in regarding my latest bummer of a tracking development...

My phone was shipped Thursday morning Fedex priority overnight, scheduled delivery to Hawaii by 5:00pm HST today. It arrived at the Memphis hub at 11:03pm CDT (6:03pm HST) last night (9/24). According to the flight schedules, there was flight scheduled to depart for PHNL (Honolulu) at 3:54am CDT (10:54pm HST). For whatever reason, that flight was delayed for almost a full 12 hours. I now see that flight along with another flight for PHNL has just departed as of 10:30am HST. And my tracking just updated to say Departed MEM at 3:38pm CDT (10:38am HST). So it appears my phone is on one of those flights.

The bummer is that it is an almost 8 hour flight and they are scheduled to land around 6:30pm HST. My tracking still says estimated delivery today by 5:00pm HST, obviously that is impossible now. I suppose they may try to get some out for delivery tonight, but I've never seen Fedex deliver that late around here.

So because of that flight delay, I am probably looking at Monday. Oh well.

Everyone enjoy playing with their new phones this weekend! And I'm sorry for those that got screwed randomly by the pre-order process, that really stinks.

Can't you go to the ATT store and if they have the phone you want, cancel your order there and just buy that one?

If you got rose gold you would still be waiting too lol, whether you went to a physical store or not.
 
I tried going to my local AT&T store, but the line was 35 deep. People were sitting on the floor. I tried calling, but got "this person has a mailbox that hasn't been set up yet. Goodbye." I left. Now home chatting with an AT&T rep...

When we realized we still had no tracking info on mine we headed out and drove an hour to our Apple Store, to be like 40th in line.

They didn't tell us until after we patiently waited for our turn that they had sold out of most of the 6s Plus models at that time. By mid day they were wiped clean.

Then we hit up AT&T stores (pain), then Best Buy. Then we tucked our tails and headed home to not miss out on FedEx delivering my husbands 6s Plus. Lol.

Anyone here located in Hawaii?! Mine says delivery by 09/25 @ 5:15pm but the last FedEx update I have is In Transit at Memphis, TN. It's been hours.

Just saw your post, I am on the Big Island. I just posted some developments, it appears the one flight from Memphis to Honolulu was delayed and never took off last night. My tracking indicates my package left Memphis this morning at 10:38am HST. It's an 8 hour flight, so I'm skeptical we will see them today!
 
I preordered a silver iPhone 6s Plus on 9/12 at 3:05 AM EST. I was optimistic based on reading posts about shipping moving from the 10/16-10/23 ship date to 9/25. But as of this morning no shipping notice and my status was still In Progress. I needed to mail my iPhone 6 to Nextworth by 9/26--tomorrow. So I started checking ATT stores in Manhattan. The second one I went to in Union Square had iPhone 6s pluses in stock. I called ATT and had my order cancelled and let them know that I was in store and wanted my upgrade eligibility for a new 2 year contract pushed through immediately. Thankfully they did and I was able to buy a 64GB s plus in space grey today! If all else fails head to an ATT store. Hope everyone else gets their phones on Monday.
