One thing Is for sure. I Was told by the rep just now that there won't be any shipments nor tracking #s tomorrow so no Monday delivery either
So they ran shifts today but not on Sunday. Boo. What happened to "they're working 24/7 until all the orders are shipped"?
i messaged them last night to ask if there were any errors on my account or like if they needed my credit card info or whatever. She said it was fine and that i should get tracking info before 10/16. I used my barclay card and they called me the day after preorders for me to authorize the purchase. so everything went through with that. i'm not sure what's going on. I know that everything on my account is fine. I don't have a balance or anything that would hold my order back from being shipped.
No idea but just repeating what the rep told me so if we don't get the tracking #s in the next hours forget about Monday delivery
You seem like a very nice person. I am sure yours will ship soon! Mine just shipped about five minutes ago. I honestly was not expecting it so soon since I preordered two days later. I only have my tracking number. It hasn't updated yet. Space grey 6s+ 128gb ordered 9/14 around 12:30 pm.I'm a good person
Do you have any screen grabs to show when you ordered it vs. when it shipped?
No sorry for any confusion! I have not received any emails yet. I only ever received the one for my order confirmation. The status updated to shipped on the link att sent in the order confirmation. My ups is still not showing it (they usually alert me before the package even ships) and the tracking number has not updated yet. It says ups could not locate the shipment details for your request.
Ordered my iPhone 6s Plus (64GB Rose Gold) on 9/12 at 2:13 AM Central Time. Received an email from AT&T Premier - Activate Your Order Online today at 1:27 PM. At 2:25 PM received an "Your items are on their way!" email with the UPS tracking #. Estimated delivery date is set for Tuesday, September 29th. I am still waiting on my husband's iPhone 6s Plus (128 GB Gold). He hasn't received a tracking and I placed his ordered on 9/12 at 2:15 AM.
No, most the people in this thread don't have past due orders. They just don't understand why, when they have October ship dates, that they didn't/ aren't getting their devices this weekend.
A lot of other people who had October ship dates DID get their devices this weekend. Thus the frustration by the rest of us, who had the exact same ship dates, and in some cases ordered at an earlier time.
That is my whole frustration as well. I feel I'm being left behind. Everybody else's iPhone is getting delivered or at least shipped out but not mine
My arrival date when I order at 12:01 AM on 1st day of preorder open (12th?) was the 25th. I t was processed in Canada on 22nd. It was in transit on 24th. Now stuck in purgatory in another city in Canada.! BTW I do not live in Canada. I am in Utah
Yeah, I'm done with AT&T. Gonna start switching my people to a different carrier. It's too bad cause I have been with them since the iPhone came out. They obviously don't care or are incompetent.
Yes, and you have every right, unlike the majority in this thread, to question why your phone was delayed.
Everyone else is complaining about a delay that exists solely in a deep, dark demented place inaccessible to Apple/ ATT.
My iPhone was scheduled to be delivered 09/25 by 5pm but for whatever reason... the FedEx plane coming to HNL from MEM was delayed and landed an hour and a half after 5pm. Knew then that I would have to wait till Monday to have it delivered. NOPE! So excited that FedEx actually still delivered my phone today despite my order having only "Weekday Delivery." Glad I don't have to use my 5s any longer!
Went to the AT&T store just now and ordered the iPhone 6s + in rose gold 64GB to replace the 16GB I had preordered. I went to go and cancel the 16GB earlier and it wouldn't let me, which means it's in shipment, so anyone waiting on their phones to ship and see their order status with "In progress" or "pending shipment", your phones are really close to being shipped soon!
The AT&T reps don't know anything. They told me I wouldn't get me phone till October 16th. Four hours later I got a tracking number. The next day I got me phone. They will probably keep working around the weekend to issue out tracking numbers. Apple is pumping them babies out. Keep hope a live.
