Ordered my iPhone 6s Plus (64GB Rose Gold) on 9/12 at 2:13 AM Central Time. Received an email from AT&T Premier - Activate Your Order Online today at 1:27 PM. At 2:25 PM received an "Your items are on their way!" email with the UPS tracking #. Estimated delivery date is set for Tuesday, September 29th. I am still waiting on my husband's iPhone 6s Plus (128 GB Gold). He hasn't received a tracking and I placed his ordered on 9/12 at 2:15 AM.

My husband's order just shipped. He received his email with the UPS tracking number today at 5:55 PM Central Time. Original estimated ship dates: October 16th to October 23rd.

So, I ordered my phone 7 minutes after the ordering window opened on Sep 12. I got the 16-23 Oct ship date for a 6S+ 64gb Silver. Went to Apple today, of course they have two 6S+ in stock, so I reserve one. I try to cancel my order through AT&T, no dice. Not allowed to. The AT&T store apparently had a couple in stock, but I wasn't allowed to cancel and pick up a phone today. I still haven't received any shipping information. Apple would only sell me an unlocked phone, and apparently the customer service rep at AT&T said I could buy one, but I'd need to wait to activate when I receive the phone I originally ordered. Frustrating to say the least! Last time I order from AT&T, I've ordered every S edition from them on the order day. At lthe least I'm going to ask for them to waive the activation fee.

So are the majority of complaints here because of 6s Plus orders regarding delivery priority? Not 6s?

Just curious since I preordered ATT 6s 128gb on 9/18 and got it 9/25 along with my Apple 6s plus 128gb I preordered right as they went live.
 
I finally have my RGD 6s+ in hand, no thanks to AT&T. But, thankful to have it. Went by AT&T on way home to cancel pre-order and they were able to do that for me, and told me about the promotion for the iPad Mini 2 for $49 with 2YC when you purchase any iPhone with the Next program, even the preordered one and the one I bought at the Apple Store this afternoon qualified, so both of my kids got upgrades on their Minis. It ended up being a good day! LOL!

Does anyone know about this premier email I reeived this afternoon that says activate my order online? Even though I still do not have tracking info?

Great! Missed out on this deal too! So glad I sold my $T stock!
 
i definitely think they'll be working tomorrow. They have a lot of unhappy customers to tend to and taking a day off is going to back them up even more if they aren't there. I'm sure they're going to get more shipments in and for them to be able to handle those, they're going to have to deal with the inventory that they already have.
 
My preorder just got cancelled by Apple. They said it was Verizon's fault, even though I've done four 3-way phone calls with Apple and Verizon, where Verizon told Apple that my account was clear.

On top of that, my order was for full-price, I wasn't even doing any contract. Ugh... Of course Apple was happy to place a new order for me and give me a November ship date. I'm so pissed at them.
