Placed order less in a minute to 3am ET, 6S+ Rose 16GB, ship date from Oct 16, actually all + ship from that late, anybody got an earlier ship date with + in ATT? I received order confirmation half hour later so it should be a sure thing except the date. Hope it will change later.
 

Trust me, it's a good thing :) I was so excited when I saw my order go to backorder status, since I knew it was shipping within the next day or so. Obviously in this case, that won't happen. But I'm sure it's backordered now because you're getting a launch iPhone 6s
 
Worst pre-order ever, by far. I got both phones ordered, finally. Who knows when we will get them. I don't see an estimated ship date.

Edited to add: Approx ship date, Oct 16-23 :( Thanks AT&T for completely failing me.

Don't give up hope yet.
Att tends to under promise delivery in my experience.
Last couple launches I had the same thing and ended up getting it on launch day.
 
Help! First time using Premier store site and have added upgrade to cart and cannot get past the shopping cart to check out - I'm I just missing something?
 
Both my orders have been processed and now "Preparing to Ship". Both are 6S plus, with Oct16 delivery date. I hope AT&T is over estimating this to avoid what happened last year.
 
My wife and I both preordered on Next. We are currently on Next since last Sept.

I have a 128gb SG 6 and my wife has a 64gb white 6. But ATT listed both our trade in phones as 16gb white 6.

It doesn't seem to affect our monthly payment for the new phones, but it is a little worrisome, as the phones they get from us will obviously not be 16gb.

Anyone else seeing this glitch?
 
I just logged back in and tried preorder using another line (I have 7 lines available for 2 yrs upgrade) and It seems that the 6s expected ship date is Sept 24th.

Then I tried the 6s+, it said estimated ship date is October.

The 6s+ must be very hot
 
Got an order in for for 64gb space gray 6s at 3:12 and it looks like I will get it launch day.

On the other hand placed an order for a 16gb rose gold 6s plus at 6:22 and it shows estimated ship date oct 16-23rd
For the regular 6s :D

Yeah it seems every phone of mine (10 of them in the account) are all 16GB white iphone 6 or 6+... don't worry about what the site says you have, ATT knows what you have.

What is the timestamp on your order if you can tell us? I'm curious if they're basing it off of that. Also what models of the 6s Plus did you get?

I noticed that glitch as well. Do not think it is anything to worry about.

Trying to pre-order through AT&T iPhone app. The process hangs up on the "review order" page. You hit submit and nothing happens. Then it logs you out after a few minutes and you have to start over again, re-typing all your information again. Bummer.

You have to read/agree to the agreement thingy, I was stuck there too.
 
Can't say I'm surprised to see AT&T screw this pre-order process up, though. They've been infamous for terrible website service.

Last iPhone I bought, an iPhone 5, 3 years ago, it was a very smooth process, through Apple. I reserved a phone for pickup at the Apple Store, with no trouble at all. Was in and out in 15 minutes.

Now, with ATT pushing customers to lease phones (and pay a ton more money), they don't offer the option on the Apple Store App to pay a subsidized price for a phone. Only thing they offer is the lease. Screw that.
 
Right but business days do not include the weekend (obviously) so you will be fine. If you do not contact them by next Wednesday then they will cancel your order.
I figured. Just wish I knew the hold up and if this will affect my delivery.

I hope you are right. My current phone is completely unusable about 30% of the time and shoddy at best the rest of the time. I need this!
