Ok so the left one is older (sept 19 at the top) that was the email saying it was delayed from 9/24. Then a rep who had no idea what they were doing accepted that new later date for me :(. Right page is the one from today right after my call to att ended.
 
Doubt this gives us any more hope, but maybe she got some new information

For anyone who wants to know how I did it, I ordered on the 12th originally at 2am central. Att then messed up a lot of things repeatedly so I have been on the phone A LOT. So what I did was try one last time today and I called executive offices and was REALLY REALLY NICE, and the vp took pity on me.

AT&T executive offices, 210-821-4105. That's in Texas for those of you who like geography, also be sure to not press the options that make sense, just keep pressing other, something else etc. eventually youwill speak to a really nice operator, and he has the power to transfer you to the executive offices.
