AT&T: iPhone 6S/6S Plus Pre-Order Thread!

LOL yeah I looked up my current phone to get an idea of when it was manufactured. I think it answers a couple questions about delays with AT&T. They may have a warehouse full of phones but only 10 or so people to box 'em up and ship 'em out and eight of them hate us with the fiery passion of a thousand suns.
So I am chatting with the AT&T rep through the site chat and this is the most I've gotten them to talk. For a brief moment, I think she's about to give me some brand new information only to be told that I still have an October 16-23 delivery date.
I then ask her how set in stone that is because other carriers have already provided tracking information.
She tells me that there will be iPhone 6S Plus delivered on September 25. She obviously didn't tell me how many or if I was going to be one of them but did say there would be some delivered.
Fingers crossed.

On phone with VP at AT&T
Ship dates are staggered. Mentioned 3 million orders. Plus and rose gold are super popular. Att VP I spoke with has no knowledge of any mfg issues. But, demand for plus has dramatically outpaced supply. My date is now 9/24, moved from 10/20-10/27. Shazam.

Hard to believe that your ship date moved up because of a talk to a VP.
Any proof? Or did he just say it to you?
I have the original order and the old order email pictures, but Idk how to blur out my personal info.
Yeah, I'm not buying it. I guess this is the part where I say "pics or it didn't happen."
A quick Google search of "how to take a screenshot" would have saved you a lot of time.

I really don't think you have to go to that extreme. It was only up for what, a minute? I think you'll be fine..
