You do realize they know absolutely nothing, right? Essentially they're regurgitating the same rumors and speculations that we already know so you can calm the f*** down and stop getting loud and irritated at people who have nothing to do with why AT&T hasn't updated their systems yet.
Take a Xanax, read a book, and take a breath. It's the weekend. Apple and AT&T big wigs are just coming off their nose candy high from the weekend party celebrating how much money they're all making.
You'll get your phone in a reasonable amount of time. AT&T does this every year. If you can't wait, I'm sure there's plenty of countries with kids who have never seen a glass of clean water or fresh food who would love to hear about why you're so stressed out. So our problems here in the First World ain't so bad.
This question is for anyone who's had problems with past preorders. My order got canceled on accident. The premier rep apologized, reprocessed my order and everything is good. But will I lose my place in line? I asked them that and they said no. But I'm still not 100% certain.
If you guys order a 2nd one from BB what are you doing about getting a decent price? Adding another line to your acct? Upgrading another eligible line? Going to NEXT? Buying factory unlocked?My local Best Buy is showing all pluses available for preorder. But I'm nervous to cancel my ATT. I might just order as a back up.
This happened to me last year lost my place in line, went from mid Oct delivery till January. I did finally get it Mid Dec.

I promise I'll only post this once a day or so, but I'm guessing most people don't read through the 44 pages of this thread. AT&T orders are scheduled to ship 9/24 and that's when they will ship. They won't ship 9/21 or 9/22 and you won't get tracking information 3 days before the device ships. Other carriers are providing tracking all the way back to China. AT&T is not. Your device is scheduled to ship 9/24 and no update will be provided before then, regardless of what people on other carriers are seeing.
Looks as if one lucky person received their Rose Gold iPhone 6S already!!! Must be nice.

It's a 6S. We pretty much know the 6S are okay. It's the plus.And it's from/with AT&T! There's hope for us all LOL!
Well Verizon dates are moving up. My brother preordered 6S+ and was given 9/30 as his delivery date. Well he just got email from Verizon and his 6S+ will be delivered 9/25 now

When I called i kept pressing "other"/"something else till I spoke to an operator and plead my case and that I had spoken to all different departments, and he connected me to what he called "the executive offices". On a related note the VP i spoke with mentioned that there is a front end to the order system that we see online, and a backend. For mine the front end said october, but the backend said September 25th. Also I am ATT Premier so that could be a factor (although previously they kept just transfering me to the Phillipines call center, so I don't know if that means anything.So I tried calling the number that Sunrisesammy provided and did not get to speak with a VP. I did speak with a very friendly person who seemed like they genuinely cared but they had to create a case for me. About 30 minutes later, I get a phone call from North Carolina and it's regarding my case... It's a different guy and his exact words after I asked him if it would ship this week:
"Eh.... I doubt it."
To be fair, he sounded like he had just woken up, was mumbling a lot, and probably could not have cared less.
