When I called i kept pressing "other"/"something else till I spoke to an operator and plead my case and that I had spoken to all different departments, and he connected me to what he called "the executive offices". On a related note the VP i spoke with mentioned that there is a front end to the order system that we see online, and a backend. For mine the front end said october, but the backend said September 25th. Also I am ATT Premier so that could be a factor (although previously they kept just transfering me to the Phillipines call center, so I don't know if that means anything.
I'm premier also. Oh well. It'll get here when it gets here.

I just called that number and you just have to hit 0 all the time when it is talking....then you will get to the office switchboard....was very nice to the lady and told her why I was calling. I got to some guy who answered office of the president....again I was really nice and just asked him about the dates. He said he would look into it and give me a call back today. He created a CASE for me and gave me that number too.

We'll see what happens.
 
I ordered a couple days ago. IPhone silver 6s 128.

Shipping date 9/24.

I guess there is no shortage for the 6s at all?
 
I just called that number and you just have to hit 0 all the time when it is talking....then you will get to the office switchboard....was very nice to the lady and told her why I was calling. I got to some guy who answered office of the president....again I was really nice and just asked him about the dates. He said he would look into it and give me a call back today. He created a CASE for me and gave me that number too.

We'll see what happens.

Same thing. Jason is who called me back. I think it was a personal number too.

I didn't press 0 but I talked to a guy in the Office of the President.
 
I'm thinking about canceling my AT&T order. Best Buy has the 6s + for pick up on Friday.
I just did the same thing. I didn't initially order from ATT until the 18th with a Nov. 6-13th ship date. I canceled and ordered with Best Buy. Shipping option of Oct. 2nd or pick up Friday. All I can guess is that in my area people just haven't gone to Best Buy.
 
Does anyone know if Mobile to Mobile Shared lines can coexist with NEXT lines on same account? Or when you convert one line to NEXT does your whole multi-line account have to be converted?

I have 4 lines on my mobile share plan and and iPad. My iPhone 6s order is the first time I've purchased a phone using the Next payment option. Nothing else changed. I'm pretty sure the mobile share is your service and Next is how you choose to pay for your device. The two really have nothing to do with one another.

Yup, that's what I'm assuming.
I am on the phone with my local best buy trying to figure out if we are truly going to be able to pick them up friday.
Some people on amother forum said they did same thing last year than best buy didn't actually have them for them to pick up

Same with me, it was a matter of minutes. With a delivery date of 11/6-11/13 from ATT, I figured I'd take my chances.

Yeah. Not like your losing anything if you just have to order it and wait 2 months like the original time lol

That's what I'm hoping.
 
Just got off the phone with local best buy i preordeted from. She told me I will walk out of best buy Friday with my phone I preordered. Also stated this local best buy is having a little special party type thing so I can get there at 8 am and pickup my phone early from preordering.
 
On the plus-side, it was very clear on the order page that I was able to keep my unlimited data plan. I usually worry that I'll screw that up when I order online.


Does that mean you bought the phone outright? I also have an unlimited plan. Will you still be paying around $75 for unlimited? Unlimited plan has the phone cost built in, so do they give you a reduction off the old unlimited plan?

I was thinking of doing the 18 or 24 month payments (& keep unlimited), but I don't want to be paying twice for the phone.

Question on my monthly statement. Have a preorder with Oct 20-Oct 26 delivery. On Next Plan 12 month with 11 payments made. Just checked my new bill online and my monthly charge for Aug 19 thru Sep 18 has no installment payment listed. It shows zero. Is that correct? Thanks--
