Purchased on release morning for 9/19 delivery. Doesn’t look like it’s happening but my wife’s is coming. Ordered same time, hers Fedex, mine UPS. Ridiculous.

Yeah it’s different but damn, really, 7week wait because i waited 2 days… Granted this is my 1st ever pre-order but, that seems WILD to me.

I wouldn't worry, that shipping date will update and it'll be out the door. That has happened so many times to people on here. It's just an eta but almost always ends up arriving before then. Hopefully it'll be a nice surprise.

I definitely get it, I mean... people are tracking flights. Before it was always checking planes from china to Alaska. I've been part of the pre order crowd for a while.

have faith. these are all being shipped overnight. i've not gotten updates at all and received my phone on release day. i've also gotten notifications at 3am before, 5am, etc. if they said it was coming tomorrow it is, in 95%+ of cases. some people won't, it happens every year, but most will.

I know that there is a daily flight from Memphis to Bloomington IL which is where my FedEx packages come out of. Lands here at 5 am every single day so I’m not worried.

My UPS order is in Urbana IL about an hour away already.

No, comes separately. Actually got it via UPS, and phone comes tomorrow via Fedex.

Comes separately. You have 30 days to complete trade-in so I usually wait a couple of days to make sure new phone is working well before erasing the trade-in and shipping it back.

It can go to any UPS drop off. My daughter works at Michael’s and her store is a UPS drop off so I just have her take it for me.

I’ve never taken to AT&T store, so I’m not sure.

Am I really going to have to sign for this phone? This is my first time in a while getting my iPhone delivered from FedEx. With UPS they normally just leave it even when it says a signature is required. The site also won’t let me sign digitally. It keeps erroring out.

Yes, depending on your driver, you will have to sign. My driver is always. For everything. I don’t know yours. But it’s over $1000, so bet that way.
