Oh man, my UPS went from 930-1130 am window to "by 7 pm". What the heck!

Similar story with FedEx. My window was 9:20-1:20, now 2:15-4-15.

I never got a window from FedEx, or even a location on any of the scans that took place, but had phone in hand around 10:30am eastern.

phones are one the FedEx truck, but time range is delivery by 8PM. Scans have never shown locations. FedEx delivery manager says shipper masked info.

Yes in busy areas they add trucks just for iPhone deliveries. For the iPhone 13 Pro launch we had 2 iPhone expected, and they both showed up with in 1 hour in different FedEx trucks.

The first truck was full of only iPhone launch day deliveries, and the second truck was an unmarked white van but with a delivery driver in a FedEx uniform. She indicated that she had the overflow deliveries.

Just spoke with ATT customer service - they claim delay is due to shipper issue? Will stop by a store this morning and see if they have stock.

Cancelled both and picked up phones at ATT store.

mine was loaded on a truck at 3am here in LA and it hasnt changed status yet 6 hours later. I also have the generic "by 7pm" note. Which I hope wont be the case since I have stuff to do later

Mine still says processing at the UPS facility at 6:53am. Also generic by 7pm.

Yes, indirect signature. Delivered by Fedex

Mine still shows preparing for shipping. Not sure if I get the phone today. After 7 years I’m missing the launch day. 😩🥺

My shipping date is updated to Sep 22nd.

Just got the "out for delivery" at 9:35am from UPS. I am in San Diego, ETA 2:45-6:45pm.

My 2x 17PM 2TB Blue showed “Out For Delivery” at 7:03AM CDT with estimated window from 10:10AM-2:10PM and “Delivery by 8:00PM”. Still waiting on FedEx ATM and unfortunately FedEx isn’t allowing realtime tracking of their trucks like UPS does. That said, AT&T preorder process was easy peasy, and I’m liking that $1100 trade in.

Still waiting on FedEx ATM and unfortunately FedEx isn’t allowing realtime tracking of their trucks like UPS does.

That feature varies by market and even by day it seems. We got it about 6 months ago but it is not always happening for either FedEx or even UPS on any specific delivery day.

Now I am past my delivery window and still no FedEx. I saw the FedEx truck in my neighborhood around 11a. Must be really busy delivering iPhones.

The regular truck just stopped right in front of my house, probably for across the street, and then drove off. 🤬

Edit: FedEx van just showed up and delivered.

Just received mine, about 10 minutes after Fedex's delivery window. Received my Apple Watch and AirPod Pro 3s just a few minutes after from UPS. Hopefully the rest of you don't have to wait too long.

My phone just arrived in the FedEx van. Had to sign for it. Last year they just left it and it was our normal delivery truck. Now I await my Ultra 3 coming via UPS

My shipping number finally updated. The delivery is for Monday. UPS Next Day Air Saver® Which means not before Monday
