Just another small update. Zero movement whatsoever. Ordered my 256gb 17 pro max Cosmic Orange on 9/12 @10am from the ATT mobile app.
My estimated shipping date has been October 24 since I placed the order. At this point, I have lost the motivation to even check it aside from every couple days. Have a good weekend everyone.

I was checking almost 3/4 times a day at first.... now after seeing them add a day to my estimated date, im just assuming it's not shipping until then.
It is all tied to manufacturing of your device combination, it being shipped as part of a bulk shipment to AT&T when the bulk order is fulfilled. AT&T will process it quickly and overnight it to you. There have been some posts on the USA Apple thread where customers are starting to get Cosmic Orange Pro Max 256 iPhone orders this week.

The majority of people who ordered at that time had faster shipping times or have had updates for early delivery. That’s what I’m referencing. I’m not special, I don’t expect that mine will just magically ship because I want it to, but given the luck of the majority of people ordering similar phones, it’s been slightly disappointing and I give updates in case there are others in my same predicament.
I feel like this was an intentionally silly reply. But humorous nonetheless. 👍🏼
I’m in the same boat patiently waiting. Ordered a 17 Pro for myself and 17 Pro Max for the wife. My 17 Pro had a shipping estimate of 10/23 while my wife is 10/30.
I received my 17 Pro last week and received a shipment notification prior to that.
I also found the person’s response humorous but curious, why do you expect a status update to occur when you check the website? If the status does change, they will email you immediately so I think it is pointless to keep checking.
This happens every year. The best offer is normally for about 14 days after launch date. This year they matched all other Major carriers with the offer for an iPhone 12 or higher in "any condition". Now they need to have a minimum value for iPhone trade in units.

My 256GB iPhone 17 Pro Max in Cosmic Orange now has an updated shipping date of 10/24 - 10/31. Before it was simply "10/31".

Right on. Congrats on the news! Yeah mine is still on Oct 24 since Sept 12. Maybe I’ll see some movement since I ordered the same phone as you. Who knows lol.

Noticed the update to the shipping date simply by logging on, never got an email.
But then I got a email that my “order is on the way.” Then I checked the order status online and it was updated to reflect shipment.
I placed my order for an orange 256GB 17PM and a blue 256GB 17PM on 9/29, and at the time it showed an estimated delivery date of 10/14-10/28. For the last two weeks it has had an estimated delivery date of 10/28, so I figure that’s probably correct.

Well, ATT website still shows ship date of Oct 24, but my order status just changed from ‘ordered’ to ‘Ready to ship’
It shipped! The only problem I’m having now is that it’s scheduled to be delivered tomorrow before 8 PM but my wife and I work all day. If we knew a window of when they would be there, we could meet in the FedEx driver.
I’m concerned what will happen with the package if you’re not there to accept it. It doesn’t look like there’s a way for me to have it brought to a local FedEx center for pick up. Any information would be greatly appreciated!

They require a signature and will leave a note on your door that you can sign and they will try again tomorrow. They seem to be way stricter this year with signatures, I live in a gated community and this is the first year they wouldn't just leave the phone on the porch.
