Well update on my order for the iPhone 17 pro max part at least it got canceled. Apparently I updated my payment method for the tax that was due on the device which the original payment method declined. It didn’t get attached somehow to order and it got canceled. I’m still trying to figure out what to do from here because when I check my order status, it does not show up It was canceled. but when I call in, they say it was canceled. on my end it still shows ready to ship as they have taken the $78 for taxes. Very annoyed and frustrated. and if I have to place a new order, I can’t place one until it’s canceled properly. Otherwise I’ll have to put a down payment on the phone, which I do not want to do. apologies if I’m confusing anyone

So we thought my order had gotten canceled apparently it was exchanged not canceled too much misinformation going around with customer service with AT&t lol I did find out two warehouse shipments this week are coming in so hopefully we get a lot of tracking numbers lol
 
Sorry to keep posting, but the 17 pro max Cosmic Orange just shipped out should have it tomorrow by 12 PM priority overmight!

Of course I overslept! They came at 9:50 am I was trying to reroute the delivery so it goes to my Walmart so I can pick it up and put FedEx store inside but I've had no luck I don't want them to try to deliver again tomorrow and I miss it because I'm not up before 10:00 a.m. The other person in my house is usually up before 10:00 a.m. but just conveniently decided to sleep in today by accident I've already tried to reach the Twitter account of FedEx for help I have not been any help so annoyed

Yikes life happens but if you can't redirect in your FedEx Delivery Manager account then AT&T is not allowing this delivery to be redirected since it is an iPhone.

What exactly does the We Missed you tag say?

What's on the tag that I'm looking for? I believe it only says we tried to deliver.
 
If should tell you about another delivery attempt will be made or what your other options are. Did you look at both sides of the tag?

Yes, it said another attempt would be made, but it will likely be at the same time tomorrow and I may not be able to catch the delivery. I didn’t look on the back of the tag. I’ll have to check.
 
This is what FedEx said, regarding rerouting the package

I’ve completed the tracking check and it shows that our driver attempted delivery earlier but couldn’t complete it because no one was available to receive the package. We will redeliver by tomorrow and deliveries can continue until 8:00 pm today. Regarding your request to reroute, I suggest contacting the sender. They’ve placed security restrictions on the shipment, and any changes must be made by them before we can proceed. For future reference, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager to manage your deliveries and track your shipment on http://fedex.com. If you’d like, I can also set up shipment notifications to keep you updated on your package’s progress.

When I am asking them now is if I can ask for the package to be delivered at a later time of the day?

I don’t recall seeing anything that said on there that said they couldn’t leave it if I signed it

No not for the Free Delivery manager. If you use the Paid version you do get the ability to request a 2 hour window. Do you really want the Driver just to leave your new iPhone outside, please rethink this.

Does the tag say that if you sign that the driver will just leave it? Now that is has returned to the depot are you able to redirect it to another location?

No, I never said I wouldn’t leave it out. It was just a question. how much does it cost for the paid one? I don’t see FedEx subscription service. I know UPS has that.

Think of it like an App with in-app purchases. Using the FexEx app or the web interface you just need to Choose paid options: Select from the available options to make your requested changes, such as holding the package at a specific location or requesting a specific delivery window.

It will display the price for the function. It should be $11.50 for your 2 hour window on a specific date / time. If you only want it delivered in the evening between 5 PM - 8 PM then it should be $5.55.

after being with android for a lot of years i just order my self from AT&T iphone Air and apple watch ultra 3 and its all ready perparing to ship cant wait i was going to go with the apple iphone pro max but wanted the iphone air pluse i wanted something new i all so find the screen size of 6.5 to be the seweet spot all so i want to take the new C1X modem for a test spin has its the new kid on the block

The only thing that hold me back from getting the iPhone pro Max was the aluminum frames to me that's a big downgrade aluminum should not be long on the pro models if apple want to downgrade should have at lest put stainless steel frame or stick with Titanium design that is what won me over for getting that phone over the pro max and wanted to try at the new C1X modem with the N1 chip and U2 chip i this noted something the iPhone Air might be the 1st iPhone outside the iPhone 16E that used all apple part and not 3rd party parts like snapdragon x80 modem

Does anyone have any new information on warehouse updates, etc.? I ordered mine on Sunday, the 21st, and have an estimated delivery date of October 10th. I really don't want to wait that long. I live a few hours east of Chicago
