That’s incorrect the return kit for AT&T direct orders has always been included with the new phone package to include a return label for the trade in case phone.

Nope. The return kit comes separately. The one in the box with the new iPhone is a return for that iPhone.

Your estimate ship date has not changed so I would not worry. If you have no movement by tomorrow evening then I would worry. The AT&T site isn’t the most reliable with movement updates. I found my label but AT&T still says “Ready to Ship” with the same estimated ship date as yours.

If you ordered from Apple directly yes but not when you order from the carrier or atleast that has been the case with AT&T.
@DocG1914 is correct, I received two emails from AT&T after placing my pre-order. First was email confirmation and the next email stated the following:
Thanks for choosing the AT&T Trade-in Program. Follow these steps to return your trade-in device to be eligible for the promotion. |

the only ones i’ve seen it ship out or prepare for shipping is people in texas , i live in nevada could it be that im not seeing a tracking through fed ex or ups is because they will most likely ship it a day before ? maybe they have a warehouse near me locally or that’s close?

I live in Illinois and I see it in the Fedex app. But I have not received any email from ATT with tracking.

I live in FL and one of the three Pro Max's has shipped - have Fedex tracking - other two still show Pre-Order status on ATT site.
this may be good news to me , mine still say pre order status on it as well but i can’t seem to find it in fed ex or ups

One one says Pre Order for me and the other says preparing to ship. I ordered them at the same time on the same account.
so u think im fine? mine still says completing order with no “preparing for shipping” status , i also don’t see it in fed ex or ups unless im doing something wrong , do u think ill be delayed or you think ill see a tracking number in the upcoming days
If your order states it will be shipped on 9/18 or if it indicates delivery by 9/19, I can almost guarantee that you will receive it on Friday, barring a major disaster.
mine still says delivery is on 19th and shipping 18th i’m just scared since the status is still pre order status and not preparing to ship or i can’t see it in my fed ex app or ups app , you think i’ll be good still?
Without a doubt. You should have it show up in the FedEx delivery manager in the next 24 to 48 hours. AT&T won't mark it as shipped until likely Thursday. Mine still says preparing to ship, but FedEx has had possession for almost 48 hours now. AT&T isn't good at updating statuses.

I placed an order for cosmic orange 17 pro max 256 GB model question is? If ship dates is 10/27-11/10 is it likely to ship sooner sales agent thought I would ship 9/21?

Usually with ATT orders, phones are already with carriers. If you ordered thru Apple directly, it usually comes in from china and can track the flights.
