On the FedEx app you can click on the map icon and get a real time location of the FedEx truck. Once it gets close, I usually sit on the porch and wait to avoid these types of issues.Are we really thinking that they are going to require a signature? Mine is coming from FedEx and I can see the tracking already, expected delivery on Friday. I’ll be home, but that peaks my anxiety in the case they don’t wait more than 10 seconds for me to answer the door!
Ordered three PM's Friday morning before 8:00 EDT. in the app, two show as pre-orders with shipping dates of 9/18, other one shows preparing to ship on 9/18. Got a notification Sunday that it shipped and have tracking in Fedex app. 10 minutes ago go an email from ATT, "Hello, Review Your AT&T Order". Obviously they are not quite current on providing status updates.
is 2 of your phone still preparing for order? that’s my issue right now , i have a phone that’s sitting there not having preparing for shipping status but still shows shipping date as sep 18
my app says 'indirect signature required'.
Who Can Sign
FedEx considers it valid if any of these happen:
- A neighbor, building manager, or someone at the address signs for the package.
- You sign a door tag FedEx leaves (authorizing them to leave it next attempt).
- You pre-sign electronically using FedEx Delivery Manager (if available for that shipment).
I’m still on ready to ship with no tracking in ups or FedEx. I think we’ll all be fine. The phones are in the states we’re probably not going to see anything until Wed-Thurs because of the 1 day shipping.
For sure, that's what I'm assuming too. Wouldn't be shocked to not see a tracking number or anything until Thursday.
It almost looks like it wasnt ordered? It says at the top, you’re in line to finish your pre-order. Did you receive an order number ? Either by text or email? I mean the minute I clicked purchase , it’s said purchased, here is your order number. Like right then. Then I got an email with in 10 mins confirming the purchase. The order name came up right after I clicked purchase. Did you get an order number ??
If someone else is showing the same thing for their order and has their tracking you are probably good. The consensus is that the phones are already stateside. With the next day shipping option you might not see your tracking until tomorrow or early Thursday. I still would not worry because the updates through AT&T aren’t accurate. I’m not sure why you haven’t seen your tracking in UPS or FedEx but it could be how you have it set up or the label just might not be created yet.
Their order number would be at the very top of the page you wouldn’t see it by that screenshot.

idk if the confusion is because it’s my gf account and i’m using my addrsss and her name i tried both her fed ex and my fed ex and still can’t see it either im not sure what’s going on

My AT&T line is still connected to my mother's account, and I just had a thought. Why don't I add her name as a nickname on my FedEx?
Lo and behold, the tracking number popped up immediately. Coming from Fort Worth, starting tracking on Sept. 14.
It was all user error, haha.
Quick edit: My package is two pounds? That doesn't seem normal. Can anyone else with FedEx confirm?

That’s why I have my husband working from the couch on Friday, as I have school runs.. Lol You could put a sticky note on your door that you are hard of hearing, knock hard a couple of times. For like a back up, in case it takes you a few minutes!
