Mine is now showing 20gb, but if I try doing an upgrade from the apple store app first it lets me select current plan, then when I continue its requests to select a data plan... Anyone else?
Looks like the finally fixed mine! It is back to showing 20GB instead of 40!
My plan is now showing 20 GB for $160. That's definitely not what the lady said in retentions.
Did anyone else have this happen and get the $100 for 20 GB after they say the mistake?

Do you have four lines that are discounted to be $15 each? $100+($15x4)=$160
(The old 20G plan, which is currently doubled to 40G, is $150/mo not $160 -- make sure you know what you're looking at here. Mine for example shows $175 since I have five lines at $15 ea)
My billing cycle updated today and my plan is showing 10GB instead of 20!! I called AT&T and they're claiming becaue I had a pending upgrade the plan didn't go through. They're are also saying that they have no record of me calling the retention department. I told the woman obviously I called the retention department because that was the only way to get the deal!! She claims she can see that the plan was offered to me but no changes were made. So at this point I'm screwed. A manager is supposed to follow up with me and see if they can or cannot add it. I'm pretty upset about this considering I called in on day one and was told by two retention reps that I had this new plan.
Update: A manager called me right away and stated that the 20GB was only added to one of the lines initially and now they've added it to the second line. So now when I call in it states that I am on the 20GB plan. I'm so happy now!! Good job AT&T!
I've actually been dealing with a similar problem. When I called initially on the 22nd, they said my plan couldnt be updated because I had a pending order. They stated that they would notate the account to add the 20gb once the order went through. Unfortunately, they canceled my order that Saturday (they couldn't tell me why the order was canceled). I just happened to be going to Pittsburgh the next day and found a 6+ in one of the stores there. I called back on the following Tuesday to have them add it, they stated they still weren't able and would call me back on November 4 to add it. No call on November 4 but when I checked my account, they had changed me to a 4GB plan. Needless to say, I called them myself that evening, they said that there is a "ticket" out on it and I would be called when they got it added. In the meantime, they switched me back to 10GB but I've still heard nothing regarding my "ticket". Looks like another call this evening.
Honestly, I've gotten to the point that I may just pay off my wife's 6 and my 6+ and go to another carrier. From canceling my pre-order with no reasoning to this nightmare just trying to get the data I was promised, it's been a nightmare.
So i was given this deal on day one but she set it up to start on my new billing cycle which is today.
I logged in today and they have me on the 2GB shared plan!
On hold with ATT now.
It seems like they weren't prepared for the volume of calls they received. They never mentioned anything to me about a pending order affecting the upgrade of the plan.
I think you're fine because they did notate on your account for it to be added. I would just keep calling them back. Good luck.

Wow, they really screwed it up!! Sounds like they don't want to honor it for some people. If you stil have the text messages that they sent to you that will help.I'm talking to retentions and I'm on hold for a manager because they say there is 0 record of me and retentions discussing a 20gb plan. They said we discussed a 2gb plan only and my desire to reduce from 10gb to 2gb!

I'm sorry this happened to you. I think the problem is that the rep set it up to start at the next billing cycle. I had mine changed the day that I called. I guess you could theaten to leave, or maybe ask for another manager?
I talked to 3 managers now and all are denying it. They are even saying they have on record me requesting 2gb plan not 20gb.
I said, ok where do I send the payment to pay off my NEXT device because I'm leaving effective NOW. They said they will review with another supervisor and manager and get back to me within 24 hours.

I doubt you will have to wait that long; they should call you back soon. I was considering leaving as well if they didn't fix the account. I hope it works out.
