They are claiming that the offer expired the 23rd... how can something that was NOT announced expire?

I mean, how can you order animal fries at In n Out when they were never announced?![]()
At&t wouldnt help me out. Shes like there is nothing I can do. When I tried Calling to Ask If They Would Match Sprint.
My bill updated correctly. I was credited the prorated amount of $15.00 and it is the same balance as I was paying for the 10gb plan. Happy that mine was entered correctly and hasn't changed. Thank you ATT Retentions![]()
A couple a weeks ago I did this to get the 20gb for $100 and all has been fine. Today I checked my account and it went to 40gb for $250! Has anybody else seen this happen?
And this is the current mobile screen on the ATT app after I choose "change or modify" my plan.
ATT has made a lot of headway on cleaning up the "appeasement 20gb" offer. Hopefully this screenshot will show that the current plan listed is valid and won't autoswitch to a 40gb plan once my cycle is up in a week.
Why does it say $130 per mo?
I think it says $130 because the plan is $100 for 20GB & then the device access fees of $15 x 2
Correct. I have two lines.
And don't you love how the screenshot shows that I can downgrade to 10gb for the same price as my current 20gb? lol
Same here. For life. Unless you chnage your plan. 20GB is basically unlimited data in my world.
It's difficult either way. If you have any kind of mobile share plan, you get line discounts. If you get a subsidized device, you lose the discount, your bill goes up, and then you're thrown back into a 2 year contract. If you purchase a device at full price up front or use NEXT (installment plan), you keep said line discount. You can always keep the data, just not the discount.I'd considered switching to AT&T for this deal. I considered how often I buy devices though. Eventually this promotion will expire and just how difficult will it be to upgrade and keep that data allotment? So I am staying with T-Mobile.
