Here is what I am thinking... and this is just a THOUGHT.

The early orders are in the current planes that are on the way and we have not gotten tracking numbers til they are processed in the U.S. system. The reason why the later orders have their tracking is because they took them from store locations and re-allocated them for pre orders.

This is just a thought, I havent seen anyone on here that has a tracking that shows their phone coming from anchorage...

Does this make sense?
 
AT&T 128GB Space Gray iPhone

I preordered my 64GB Black iPhone 4S and 64GB Slate iPhone 5 phones from AT&T in years past, but got my 64GB Space Gray iPhone 5S from Best Buy in Bloomington last year on launch date. I am no stranger to the AT&T preorder nightmare, but I honestly do not remember it being this frustrating.

I preordered the AT&T 128GB Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus from AT&T on Friday morning at 3:27am EST (thanks to technical difficulties with the website). I am a part of the AT&T Premier site through work.

At 5:01am EST Friday, I received an email confirming my order and telling me that it would ship in 14-21 days.

On Saturday morning I received a text from AT&T (11113003) at 9:04am EST saying my order has been processed.

I forget when exactly, but there was a time when my shipping date was 11/9/2014-11/27/2014. Then it changed to 10/13/2014-10/22/2014 with status pending. Then it finally changed to 10/2/2014-10/13/2014 with preparing to ship, and it's been that way ever since.

At one point my cancel button on the Premier site disappeared, but it's back... :confused:

Still nothing... No shipment tracking number, not even a mere notification that it's shipped. I've just about lost all hope.

I honestly have a feeling that the majority of the people plagued with these shipping ordeals are the customers that are a part of AT&T Premier. :mad:

I am just hoping that either one of these new shipments coming tonight has our phones on it, or they just screwed up the tracking labels for the Premier members and they've shipping and ready to go. :cool:

Hi guys,


I had preordered the iPhone 6 Plus 128 GB SG around 11:56 PM PST on Sep 11th. Like most of you, I have not received any tracking information and the status shows delivery between 10/02 and 10/13. I emailed the CEO of AT&T, Randall this afternoon and to my surprise I got a call back from his office within a couple of hours. The executive listened to what I had to say and said that they hadn't heard any complaints about the earlier orders being delayed.

I know it's late in the game now, but it would be great if a few of you could email Randall and let him know that the premier account holders haven't received tracking or shipping updates - along with the fact that the later preorders are getting priority over earlier preorders. His email id is:

So quick question. If one of you had the opportunity to be guaranteed to get a silver iPhone 6+128 GB and you wanted a space gray 128 GB iPhone 6+ tomorrow rather than wait would you go for it?
 
im calling them and waving the ******* outta that

Good luck with that...I spent about 1:40 (yes 1 hour, 40 minutes) on the phone with them today trying to get that to happen. Between the reps not being about to do anything other than to thank me for my patience, regurgitate anything I said right back to me ("so you want to have your activation fee waived" Um...yes...that's what I said!), and continually mess up any numbers I tried to give them (order numbers, phone numbers), I finally gave up and hung up. This is after supposedly talking to about three levels of supervisors, the last one, Gabriel, who actually said to me "It's only $40."

I'll never get that 1:40 of my life back LOL!
 
Haha so like I said earlier, I am in between jobs and for pure kicks call ATT to see what they have to say and boy is this new excuse a good one. This is coming from dialing 611 and speaking to an actual human in this country. The reason that all our orders are delayed is cause it has something to do with our banks not authorizing the funds.... BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

It's really quite amazing. Ordering within the first hour of a preorder at an ungodly hour mid week in east coast........and to have nothing to show for it on launch day. AT&T YOU suck!

I ordered the SG 128GB + about 10 minutes prior to AT&T opening their Pre-Order (PA here)

AT&T still says Preparing for shipment with the typical Oct 2-Oct 13 delivery but FedEx says I have a package coming from Harrisburg. Was put in today around 1PM.

It really is comical. At least she admitted they have no idea what's going on cause they can't see anything on their end. We should compile a list of all the answers and make some sort of pre order parody.

What did you use for a reference? Phone number? I'm in PA too.
