Posted earlier that a premier rep told me my phone had shipped and was in a warehouse but wouldn't give me a tracking #. So I blasted them on their FB page and one of the reps there asked me to send him my info. Hey emailed back and said that he couldn't dig too deep into the premier side of things but said he saw the same thing about it being in the warehouse but hasn't shipped yet or gotten a tracking # but he knows their are several last min changes going on. I asked where the warehouse is at and he said he didn't have an address. I asked if it was in China or USA and he said it should be a USA warehouse that the use to distribute phones and they are located in several places. I will copy/paste his responses below. A little bit of hope. Maybe.

I am sorry to say, I see the same. I see the order is in process and at the warehouse, but has not left and so no tracking yet. No errors or the like as well, so nothing is wrong, so they may be waiting for final numbers for how many we have.

In this case I do not know the exact one yet, it would be the one most local to your order point that is also linked to Premier, but I do not have any kind of street address.

Well as to the expected delivery date, att.com/orderstatus
should show that, but I am still seeing some last moment changes till tomarrow. But since this is premier, I can not track it any deeper than I have, the rest of the order system is on their side not mine, I am sorry to say.

It should be, in this case when I say warehouse, it is one of the ones we use to distribute phones, and warranty devices. So we have them in a number of sub sections of the US, to reach that market.
