Ordered iPhone 6+ 64GB Gold through ATT around 4:20 est, have estimate of 10/3 - 10/12 since beginning. My order number starts with 6000
 
Well..I feel like i've been abandoned at the doorstep of St. Michael's church with only a thin blanket to shield me from the elements. Along with a note that reads, "Pending Shipment".

Just talked to the "Premier" line and was a dead end. The only piece of information I can offer is this: AT&T Consumer and AT&T Premier were each allocated a certain number of phones - they didn't come out of the same pool of devices - which is why we are seeing some folks getting phones shipped before "Premier" accounts even though they ordered later. She said that the consumer bucket of phones was much larger than the premier bucket.

This is the first reason for the delays that I have heard that makes any sense. Unfortunately - back orders are being filled in the same manner - allocated by Consumer and Premier.

So - cancelling and getting in line might actually get you a phone sooner. If you can stand the lines...which I have no intention of doing. My 5S will serve me fine for a couple more weeks.

Thought I would pass this on - for what its worth.
 
We have 24 hours to finally find out if we get our +'s or not. All of our questions will be finally answered. I bet hardly any of you are rocking a iPhone 4 like me which is almost as bad as a rotary phone. ..if that phone don't come my girlfriend is going to be so dam happy cause I am going womp womp her in the bedroom with so much anger to get out all this frustration....lol...

11:46pm 64g SG nothing yet! 5S decided to fall off the hood of my car at 70mph and isn't working 100% so I'm using my trusty original iPhone. I'm hoping it arrives by chance without any updated info. This is so frickin frustrating. Never again ordering with att and may switch service ASAP. :(
 
This post sparked my interest a ton because I ordered a 128GB Gold 6+ from the SimplyMac near me. Any screenshots you wouldn't mind sharing? It'd be interesting if they had timestamps or anything, I'm still waiting to see if mine will get moved up.

I'd be happy to post some screen shots if someone can tell me how on this website.
 
ATT F'd up?

Is anyone else who ordered the iPhone 6 64GB Gold (not the +) before noon on the 12th not getting their phone tomorrow?

I ordered mine before 9am EST and my estimated shipping date is 09/26/14 - 10/07/14. I think they f'd something up. It seems people who ordered the same phones form ATT well after me are getting them.

Not sure there is anything I can do to get it sooner. Suggestions?

I certainly hope this isn't true. I work for a small company, pay for my own cell plan, and get a freaking 8% discount since the company has a business plan with AT&T, and we sell some of their service - mainly large internet pipes. 8% isn't worth getting screwed out of an iPhone on launch day.

Of course, I give this about as much credence as any of the other garbage coming out of AT&T Customer Care
 
Ok, the hope is slowly starting to fade. Damn you AT&T! WHY CAN'T I QUIT YOU!?

I lost hope when I didn't get any ups my choice or fedex delivery manager notification last night.. weird but now that I know it's not coming tomorrow I don't even care anymore.. it'll get here when it gets here..

I assume it wasn't through Premiere? If not, then clearly being a Premiere customer is the issue.

First time ordering as a premier member. Remember some similar issues for FAN/Premier members with the 5 two years ago. I had no such issues.
 
Posted earlier that a premier rep told me my phone had shipped and was in a warehouse but wouldn't give me a tracking #. So I blasted them on their FB page and one of the reps there asked me to send him my info. Hey emailed back and said that he couldn't dig too deep into the premier side of things but said he saw the same thing about it being in the warehouse but hasn't shipped yet or gotten a tracking # but he knows their are several last min changes going on. I asked where the warehouse is at and he said he didn't have an address. I asked if it was in China or USA and he said it should be a USA warehouse that the use to distribute phones and they are located in several places. I will copy/paste his responses below. A little bit of hope. Maybe.

(Gave him my info and told him what the premier rep said about being in a warehouse. )

I am sorry to say, I see the same. I see the order is in process and at the warehouse, but has not left and so no tracking yet. No errors or the like as well, so nothing is wrong, so they may be waiting for final numbers for how many we have.

In this case I do not know the exact one yet, it would be the one most local to your order point that is also linked to Premier, but I do not have any kind of street address.

should show that, but I am still seeing some last moment changes till tomarrow. But since this is premier, I can not track it any deeper than I have, the rest of the order system is on their side not mine, I am sorry to say.

It should be, in this case when I say warehouse, it is one of the ones we use to distribute phones, and warranty devices. So we have them in a number of sub sections of the US, to reach that market.

I think it's safe to say we aren't getting our phones on launch day. I mean I guess it won't be horrible if we get it in like a week. Still there is no way I'll ever pre-order from AT&T again. Waking up at 2:45am in the morning to get a phone after everyone is not exactly my favorite thing lol. Oh well. Here's to hoping we get our dates changed to next week instead of October. I love you all. Goodnight...
 
has anyone else called and checked their order through phone? I do and mine says my phone is on back order. My ship dates online say 10/02-10/13. Silver 64gb 6+
