Is anyone else who ordered the iPhone 6 64GB Gold (not the +) before noon on the 12th not getting their phone tomorrow?
I ordered mine before 9am EST and my estimated shipping date is 09/26/14 - 10/07/14. I think they f'd something up. It seems people who ordered the same phones form ATT well after me are getting them.
Not sure there is anything I can do to get it sooner. Suggestions?
Posted earlier that a premier rep told me my phone had shipped and was in a warehouse but wouldn't give me a tracking #. So I blasted them on their FB page and one of the reps there asked me to send him my info. Hey emailed back and said that he couldn't dig too deep into the premier side of things but said he saw the same thing about it being in the warehouse but hasn't shipped yet or gotten a tracking # but he knows their are several last min changes going on. I asked where the warehouse is at and he said he didn't have an address. I asked if it was in China or USA and he said it should be a USA warehouse that the use to distribute phones and they are located in several places. I will copy/paste his responses below. A little bit of hope. Maybe.

I am sorry to say, I see the same. I see the order is in process and at the warehouse, but has not left and so no tracking yet. No errors or the like as well, so nothing is wrong, so they may be waiting for final numbers for how many we have.

should show that, but I am still seeing some last moment changes till tomarrow. But since this is premier, I can not track it any deeper than I have, the rest of the order system is on their side not mine, I am sorry to say.

It should be, in this case when I say warehouse, it is one of the ones we use to distribute phones, and warranty devices. So we have them in a number of sub sections of the US, to reach that market.

i was 9:20 EST - my ship date was 11/9-11/27 which was then bumped to 10/31-11/11.
Im not very hopeful - been in prepared to ship since tuesday
So now for the first time it says pre order processing and I have the cancel button with the shipment date still the same 10-2 10-13. Although I got a text on Monday saying my order was processed.
I preordered my 64GB Black iPhone 4S and 64GB Slate iPhone 5 phones from AT&T in years past, but got my 64GB Space Gray iPhone 5S from Best Buy in Bloomington last year on launch date. I am no stranger to the AT&T preorder nightmare, but I honestly do not remember it being this frustrating.
I preordered the AT&T 128GB Space Gray iPhone 6 Plus from AT&T on Friday morning at 3:27am EST (thanks to technical difficulties with the website). I am a part of the AT&T Premier site through work.
At 5:01am EST Friday, I received an email confirming my order and telling me that it would ship in 14-21 days.
On Saturday morning I received a text from AT&T (11113003) at 9:04am EST saying my order has been processed.
I forget when exactly, but there was a time when my shipping date was 11/9/2014-11/27/2014. Then it changed to 10/13/2014-10/22/2014 with status pending. Then it finally changed to 10/2/2014-10/13/2014 with preparing to ship, and it's been that way ever since.
At one point my cancel button on the Premier site disappeared, but it's back...![]()
Still nothing... No shipment tracking number, not even a mere notification that it's shipped. I've just about lost all hope.
I honestly have a feeling that the majority of the people plagued with these shipping ordeals are the customers that are a part of AT&T Premier.
I am just hoping that either one of these new shipments coming tonight has our phones on it, or they just screwed up the tracking labels for the Premier members and they've shipping and ready to go.![]()
I saw via ATT Customer Support twitter that there was numerous issues for ppl ordering that have premier. Apparently this is where many of us are having an issue - the system had issues in the morning processing orders - many ppl had to call in and give their CC again, etc.
I called the premier support phone # and asked about my order. He said he saw my order was at 2:07 CST....Then I asked when it was processed - he said 6:00AM CST. Their was a 4 hour gap from when ATT actually started to process my order due to latency between their premier system and their ordering system.
Not sure if it is BS or not....but seems a lot of ppl experiencing similar. He mentioned some ppl had over 12 hour gap in order placed and order processed....
Four hours sounds about right. Ordered mine at 3:35 EDT and email confirmation came at 7:23 EDT.
