ah I see, I thought you were using the reference number or something. Congrats on getting your phone(s) tomorrow. I'm still holding out hope, for now.

I am wondering if all us premier members can do something about ATT email plainly stating it was first come first serve when it clearly isnt. After all we have posts proving otherwise. One rep even told someone on here that it wasnt first come first serve. Seems to me that is false advertising and that we should be able to make a claim for some sort of compensation!

Nope. Everyone will not give a care after they get their phones in a few weeks or months

Model: Gold 6+ 64 GB
Ordered: 9/12/14 @ just past 2AM PDT. I ordered through the consumer site.
Shipping estimate: 10/2/14 - 10/13/14
No tracking number yet. Nothing on UPS My Choice or FedEx yet.

I'm still hoping for a launch day delivery. Judging by some of the more optimistic posts, it's still a possibility.

Just curious, anyone in the Bay Area get a tracking number or shipment e-mail/text yet?

You grow up. They do have control over how they handle order priority.

How about waiting until end of day tomorrow to determine if they gave priority over others? Lack of tracking means nothing (obviously), you could very well get your phone tomorrow. Until then, everyone should pause the rage.

I have only seen one San diego tracking number and I have been on here all week. I am in Santa Rosa, so I have been looking

Curious to know if anybody in the DFW area has received shipment confirmation? With so many orders shipped out of Fort Worth I have to wonder if our phones could possibly be sitting at the hub and we won't get tracking info until they are scanned onto a truck in the morning. That is the only reasonable explanation I could see at this time...or just we are getting screwed over which is the more likely scenario.

The reference number on my non-plus order seems to be random. I can't figure out what it is. Not related to account number, phone number, or order number

Same with a previous AT&T order that came last week via FedEx. The only thing I could find out about the reference number is that it's the same as the Invoice# and the WMS# on the receipt thingy that comes in the box with the phone.

I think someone in this thread did. Check a few pages back.

I saw that there are five more planes due to land in Louisville tonight between about 1230 and 1:30 AM. That gives me some hope because I'm in Indiana, and it's a 2 Hour drive from Louisville up to Indianapolis, and typically things that ship overnight can leave Indianapolis between like 6 AM and 8 AM to go out on delivery.

So if they can get those things turned around and in trucks heading up to Indy by like 3 or 4 AM, then there's a shot for me and people around here. :)

Ordered 6+,128, grey; finalized order at 12:01am PST at release. Original ship was 10/something and moved to 10/2 two days ago. Just waiting in limbo with "processing" or "backordered" (on 877 number). I've upgraded EVERY year on release day. I've owned all versions of iPhones. I've ordered from Apple online, waited in lines some years at Apple or AT&T. Last three years I have ordered through Premier. Two years ago I received my tracking number the day AFTER I received my phone! Last year I was in the same place. I did a search at both FedEx & UPS using the reference option and entered my phone number. I found my tracking number before I received it from AT&T that way. This year I am finding nothing when searching by reference. I may not be so lucky this year! I am guessing some will see it tomorrow and it will be a total surprise. Some may have to wait a little longer.

Every year, I get on these forums and read the posts like 10 times per day. That keeps me busy along with learning some of the new features of the new ios on my old phone. When I finally get my new phone, I actually miss the forums and the anticipation. It's like a 5-year-old anxiously waiting for Santa on Christmas Eve!

My wife and I along with 8 of our kiddos have 10 iPhones and pay over $650/month for our plans. Most of the time I'm satisfied with AT&T support but they always seem to disappoint during the peak times!

Good luck, all... And to all a good night!

Here is a screen shot showing all 3 have been shipped via UPS. Note the order date of 9/15 as well as the tracking number present:

I'm holding out hope that as well. I'm in Arlington. Fingers crossed!!!!!!!

Guys don't shoot the messenger here, but I worked at AT&T until a few months ago as a Area Manager and here's what I know...

It doesn't matter what time you ordered your phone on launch day. It goes by when your order was processed. If you remember your confirmation email should have had two PDFs attached to it. The first one I believe is around 6 pages. On the last page in the lower right (think lower right) there's a time stamp. That time stamp is in UTC here's the conversion: 6:30am UTC is 2:30am EST, 1:30am CST., etc... THAT'S what secures your number in the pre ordering que.

As of today per my sources the stock that was being pulled off of the shelves is and was processed today for overnight delieveries. So if you get your package overnighted you can thank the higher up who made that call.

Premier tracking is ALWAYS SLOW, I'd expect a lot of you (myself included) to receive tracking numbers tonight, on average it's delayed 24-36 hours.

You are correct in the respect that if I get it tomorrow they lived up to my (and most of our) expectations. I will pause. I still dislike the company for a variety of personally historical reasons and will seek out alternatives in the future.

Comcast is the other internet/media provider in my area. I went with ATT because of comcast customer service. I didn't mind paying more for ATT.

I am a bit disgruntled. At least kiss me before you shove it in... LMAO!

Thanks for chiming in-I do remember that Premier tracking was the last to update during the last big launch. I'm glad to hear that someone higher on the chain is pulling some strings for the little people.

I have never been shut out on a launch. I pride myself on preordering and having the newest gadget. Really disappointed.

Indiana here too! I'm hopeful mine will come tomorrow
