ah I see, I thought you were using the reference number or something. Congrats on getting your phone(s) tomorrow. I'm still holding out hope, for now.
Agreed! Can someone help us out? Did you get a email from FedEx?
I am wondering if all us premier members can do something about ATT email plainly stating it was first come first serve when it clearly isnt. After all we have posts proving otherwise. One rep even told someone on here that it wasnt first come first serve. Seems to me that is false advertising and that we should be able to make a claim for some sort of compensation!![]()
You grow up. They do have control over how they handle order priority.
Model: Gold 6+ 64 GB
Ordered: 9/12/14 @ just past 2AM PDT. I ordered through the consumer site.
Shipping estimate: 10/2/14 - 10/13/14
No tracking number yet. Nothing on UPS My Choice or FedEx yet.
I'm still hoping for a launch day delivery. Judging by some of the more optimistic posts, it's still a possibility.
Just curious, anyone in the Bay Area get a tracking number or shipment e-mail/text yet?
The reference number on my non-plus order seems to be random. I can't figure out what it is. Not related to account number, phone number, or order number
Nope. Everyone will not give a care after they get their phones in a few weeks or months
Curious to know if anybody in the DFW area has received shipment confirmation? With so many orders shipped out of Fort Worth I have to wonder if our phones could possibly be sitting at the hub and we won't get tracking info until they are scanned onto a truck in the morning. That is the only reasonable explanation I could see at this time...or just we are getting screwed over which is the more likely scenario.

I have only seen one San diego tracking number and I have been on here all week. I am in Santa Rosa, so I have been looking
How about waiting until end of day tomorrow to determine if they gave priority over others? Lack of tracking means nothing (obviously), you could very well get your phone tomorrow. Until then, everyone should pause the rage.
Guys don't shoot the messenger here, but I worked at AT&T until a few months ago as a Area Manager and here's what I know...
It doesn't matter what time you ordered your phone on launch day. It goes by when your order was processed. If you remember your confirmation email should have had two PDFs attached to it. The first one I believe is around 6 pages. On the last page in the lower right (think lower right) there's a time stamp. That time stamp is in UTC here's the conversion: 6:30am UTC is 2:30am EST, 1:30am CST., etc... THAT'S what secures your number in the pre ordering que.
As of today per my sources the stock that was being pulled off of the shelves is and was processed today for overnight delieveries. So if you get your package overnighted you can thank the higher up who made that call.
Premier tracking is ALWAYS SLOW, I'd expect a lot of you (myself included) to receive tracking numbers tonight, on average it's delayed 24-36 hours.

I saw that there are five more planes due to land in Louisville tonight between about 1230 and 1:30 AM. That gives me some hope because I'm in Indiana, and it's a 2 Hour drive from Louisville up to Indianapolis, and typically things that ship overnight can leave Indianapolis between like 6 AM and 8 AM to go out on delivery.
So if they can get those things turned around and in trucks heading up to Indy by like 3 or 4 AM, then there's a shot for me and people around here.![]()
