AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I'm sure it's all carriers plus Apple. During launch day at our store we'd always get another little supply mid day. Never made sense to me because some guy would walk in at 3:00pm not preorder and would just ask if we had any while people who didn't get one after camping out had to preorder.

It doesn't matter what time you ordered your phone on launch day. It goes by when your order was processed. If you remember your confirmation email should have had two PDFs attached to it. The first one I believe is around 6 pages. On the last page in the lower right (think lower right) there's a time stamp. That time stamp is in UTC here's the conversion: 6:30am UTC is 2:30am EST, 1:30am CST., etc... THAT'S what secures your number in the pre ordering que.

As of today per my sources the stock that was being pulled off of the shelves is and was processed today for overnight delieveries. So if you get your package overnighted you can thank the higher up who made that call.

Premier tracking is ALWAYS SLOW, I'd expect a lot of you (myself included) to receive tracking numbers tonight, on average it's delayed 24-36 hours.

I had two emails following my preorder, one at 4:40 AM and another one closer to 8 AM. Neither of them seem to have any PDF attachments, however?

Haha take it easy champ:rolleyes:. I worked there for 6 years with plenty of iPhone launch days under my belt. Just trying to help you guys out and give you the information I know. With all online orders there's a time stamp of when the payment was processed which reserves your spot. I would have guessed they would have emailed everyone their new agreements not just AT&T Next customers since if we don't give it to you in the store it's actually a violation of the agreement and get our asses reemed out.

And yes of course nobody in the call centers knows what the hell they're doing. They could care less about what they're telling you. All the company's say they care about customer service and act like they do, but they want to just skim by atop of the JD Power Rank because that's how they measure themselves. That and dollar dolla bills y'all.
 
My first email has a pdf with the att next agreement timestamped the same time I placed my order 12:56 PDT. I'm hoping that tomorrow I'll wake up with a surprise. Till then I'm passing out, I'll be up at 4:45 checking this thread and emails all day like a fuc
king lunatic again. Really feels sad to have this much invested on rather my phone will be here Friday or next week sometime. :/

I truly hope you are right. On my PDF that came with confirmation email, it shows 6:53 UTC (11:53 pacific) but still no change fron 10/2 from the date of preorder. If I don't receive it tomorrow, I'm probably going to do something I might regret.

I understand that there's a time stamp involved to officially give you a spot in line but that still doesn't explain people who ordered 3 days later getting phones tomorrow even if my order took until sometime later in the morning on the 12th to officially "process". Their order should have taken just as long to "process" too so that doesn't explain why they are getting their phones sooner. Thanks for the info though. Every little bit helps.
 
If UTC is what determines the order of processing, how much people who ordered hours later received their tracking yesterday? This **** makes no goddamn sense anymore.

We only know of 5 that are full of iPhones. Maybe the rest are coming in to pick up and deliver around the country. Wait till you see the outbound! Nobody' knows what plane their phone is on. Just know ours is on one of them...lol
 
I'm a new customer for At&t business premier.
I got a total of 1 email which includes the 2 pdfs right away after ordering at 3:23am EST.

1st pdf is for At&T Next which looks like a loan of 0% finance for 24 months.

which is 3:23 EST.

2nd pdf is an eConsent Agreement

Iphone 6+ 16gb silver with no tracking and estimated 10/2 - 10/13.

I'm sick of the wishful thinking. Our phones are not coming. I started waiting outside the AT&T store at 10:30pm. I got a 9 and 1/2 hour wait. I'm going to get my phone on launch day screw my AT&T preorder. I ordered 9/12 at 3:16am est 6+ 16gb sg and still have a shipping of 10/2-10/13/2014. I think everybody in that group is sol.

I don't get how it's not a security threat to show these flights with all of that cargo?! Just get a sting ready for once the trucks off load the cargo and leave the airport.

Watch only one plane will get jacked and my phone will be on that one :mad:

From what I've seen, that's a good sign. Usually people get their tracking numbers shortly after that.

I find it hard to believe that almost all of the people in California and and other western states are just being left in the dust
 
I have an html attachment on my order confirmation with a "digital signature" time. I ordered Next. I do not have a PDF on any email.

Order confirmation at 12:01 AM PST

Email with "Order is in process of being fulfilled" at 12:40 AM PST

My first confirmation email had two PDFs attached....it's legit

I actually did the 'Next" 12 month plan.....I heard the 3 check boxes was accepting the terms on the order page for the next plan....So I wonder why I didn't get (pdf)
