AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I know my first email came at 4:40 AM after I ordered at about 3:15 AM or 3:20 AM. But at no point have I ever seen a definitive timestamp of when my order was processed or completed. I just know that I also had another email at about 8 AM that day, and then I got the email today that many did that reaffirmed the October 2 time frame.

Dunno why it never had a time. Assumed it was due to the flood of orders. Everything else about this seemed like I was on track. I even had a hold on my credit card for several days for the full price of the phone including tax that disappeared about a day or so ago.

I renewed my two year commitment as opposed to using AT&T next.

It doesn't matter what time you ordered your phone on launch day. It goes by when your order was processed. If you remember your confirmation email should have had two PDFs attached to it. The first one I believe is around 6 pages. On the last page in the lower right (think lower right) there's a time stamp. That time stamp is in UTC here's the conversion: 6:30am UTC is 2:30am EST, 1:30am CST., etc... THAT'S what secures your number in the pre ordering que.

As of today per my sources the stock that was being pulled off of the shelves is and was processed today for overnight delieveries. So if you get your package overnighted you can thank the higher up who made that call.

Premier tracking is ALWAYS SLOW, I'd expect a lot of you (myself included) to receive tracking numbers tonight, on average it's delayed 24-36 hours.

Nice. Mine are stamped 6:58 UTC and 7:01 UTC!!!!

I was hoping I would get to a page were you guys all started posting your tracking confirmations, but that didn't happen. I will say that At&t has no clue on shipping. I also ordered an iPad mini this week that I needed by this weekend. It had said it would ship the 18 -23 since I ordered it. I called and asked the rep on the 16th if she had any info nope nothing it won't ship till at least the 18th you will not have it before then. morning of the 17th checked order stated shipped with a date of the 16th and a tracking number. My point is they don't see it till we see it and hopefully you guys will all wake up to tracking numbers for phones that shipped out today or even yesterday:D:D

That's what I was thinking, very dangerous....did you ever see or hear a truck getting knocked over on launch day?
 
Does anyone know what it means if i never received an email saying the order will ship 10/2 to 10/13

Maybe i might get a surprise tomorrow since AT&T never sent me that email stating my phones were on backorder and that they will ship on 10/2


Ordered 2 iPhone 6 +'s (SILVER) through AT&T and one 6+ through apple but the apple has the shipping confirmed for the 19th.
 
For some reason, I REALLY believe the post someone made over at the ATT forum about getting that e-mail yesterday that THE DATES WERE STILL EFFECTIVE and to expect that date. It wasn't auto-generated as everyone seemed to have ordered a few min to a few hours in general. The rep seemed like she knew exactly what email went out. I am hopeful!

Just refreshed my AT&T order status page. It just changed in the past 10 minutes. Initially gave the estimated 10/02 shipping date. Now no shipping date estimate. It's just says preparing to ship. Hope this is a good sign!

I'm still hoping to see mine tomorrow but if I don't, it doesn't mean my 10/2 is written in stone. I could still see it Saturday, Monday, Tuesday...

It's just great fun to be part of launch day and spend the week up until then here on the forums trying to figure it all out.

This is a great bunch. And I salute you. :)
