I can't find the screen where I can cancel my order. I stumbled I. It the other day but can't find it now. I have a IRU account. Individual responsibility account.


Look for the email att sent after you placed the pre order.

As discussed easier in this thread, I would urge everyone to check the iPhone plus supply at your local store (in store pick up). There are PLENTY in Los Angeles. Once you have confirmed inventory CALL att and cancel. My eligibility came back after a few minutes even though the nice rep said it will take 24 hours.

I'm picking up my 6+ SG 64 today (Saturday) in Century City (Los Angeles).

Chat or via phone? Call them. If there is no tracking you can cancel your order especially if they are giving you that bs line or still waiting 3 weeks to get. They are such liars, I'm just curious if this was just over the chat.
 
Unfortunately, the Orlando area Apple Stores are all sold out of the 6+ in all colors, sizes, and carriers :(

They have plenty of 6's though lol

I have a feeling it will still be quicker to get one from the Apple Store than waiting for AT&T
 
If att has in store stock , can those who pre order online , go in store , cancel there pre orders and purchase the phone using next plan?

Never mind, just tried to do in-store pickup at an Apple store through their site and while it tells me I'm available for a Next upgrade, they can't do it through the Apple site. No option for 2-year agreement price, just full price.

So now the exact iPhone 6+ I want is readily available within 2 miles of where I'm sitting that I could have in my hand in an hour but no, I have to wait for ******* ATT to get their act together and get me my preorder.


Call att and cancel! Your 2 year eligibility will be back up and you can order through Apple. All the people who cancelled thier att pre order are picking up pluses today. Join us!
 
Well that was easy local Apple Store had Silver 64GB + for pickup today....cancelled ATT and off to the Apple Store....geesh ATT.....

agreed...lesson learned. I thought I had found a shortcut when I orderd via ATT when apple was down. All it turned out to be was a stressful, horrible experience. Next time apple all the way.

I might actually believe them on this one. I cancelled my preorder on a premier account about an hour ago. So, I'm guessing mine was no where near shipping. Or even if AT&T had physical possession. Hope you get your phone sooner than later.

My boat: Premier, 128GB (Silver), 9/11 - 11:55am PST, 10/2-10/13.

I saw that my model was available at the Michigan Ave Apple store here in Chicago today. I canceled my order on the AT&T Premier site (eligibility was almost immediately restored) and then called both AT&T Premier ANNND AT&T to make sure it was canceled.

Reserved my phone for pickup today (God, please no feckery with this order).

BYE, FELICIA (AT&T, but not really).

It is weird that some people are cancelling their Premiere orders easily this morning and ours won't. Maybe they are actually about to ship. We'll see.

Also - my account now shops a new order number along with the same order I've had since day one. If I click on that new order it is completely blank. Anyone seen this?
 
Canceled iphone6+

I canceled my wife's and mine iphone6+ this morning about 5:30am (my old man bladder was useful for once) and ordered two 6+ sg 128gig AT&T phones for local pickup at the apple store today. They had most sizes and colors except for the sg 6+ 64gig. They are ready and waiting for us. I will never preorder from AT&T again
 
well i keep getting screwed. my local apple stores are showing availability in gold and silver. so i cancelled my att preorder.

everytime i add iphone to cart, i get all the way to the place order button and it gives me an error. sold out. i did it with 4 different size and color combinations, every single time it sold back out while checking out.

guess i am not getting a phone for even longer now lol....

i wonder if apple will be getting any more shipments in today?
 
How bad are lines in the 5th Avenue store? I can't reserve my phone because I want to use AT&T NEXT and you can't reserve those. You also can't outright buy the ****ing phone.

Stupid restrictions.

Has anyone had success cancelling an ATT premier preorder, going to an Apple store, and upgrading an existing ATT premier Next (not 2-year agreement) account with an iPhone 6?

I can't do it online but I'm thinking about making the drive to an actual Apple store and seeing what happens?

I want to do the same but I don't know how bad the lines will be.
 
When I go to "my orders" on the regular att website instead of the premiere site. shows a number that starts with an "a" instead of numbers.

Yeah I got one that starts with a b and todays date. Don't know if that is cause we just tried to cancel, or that is a good sign that ours is actually going to ship out today.
