I also found stock at the local Apple Store so I cancelled by preorder and ordered through Apple. Too bad Next orders can't be picked up in store so I am back to a 3-4 week wait. I'm hoping though that ordering through Apple means it will ship sooner than that.

Can those who are seeing the status "shipped" please state what time that status changed happened.... Trying to figure out if it was just a batch at 1 am or if it is ongoing. Trying to keep hope.
I was under the impression that Apple can now process Next orders at the physical Apple Store? Is this not the case?
I planned on heading to my local Apple Store once it opens ( They have the Plus the configuration I'm looking for) and if they allow Next, I'll cancel the AT&T orders and walk out with my phones lol

Yeah. I have an actual business account. I know some people who have edu discounts or whatever discounts have a premier but are still able to order from apple or from best buy etc. I on the other hand can ONLY purchase through premier (or a corp. att store). Its an absolute sucky thing though.

Where you at in the queue AD? Any movement on your end? Tempted to just call around the local ATT stores to see if they have stock. Not sure what the point of waking up this early was for now.

I got to it from my original premiere email order confirmation that provided the web order number. There's a link it it where you can check the status.
Trying to cancel my premiere order. Hit the button... but once I got the emails it said "my request was unsuccessful". My local apple store has pluses, but I can't get my upgrade back!

I made this account because I hate ATT for ignoring the preorders, offering no information, and seemingly creating confusion/false hope for our orders.
1. Woke up today, saw that people are ordering their phones for pick up.
2. Checked availability on apple for in store pick-up. All of my stores in the area had them (cleveland)
3. Digitally cancelled my order through the email order status link that we received in our first email.
4. Within three minutes, I was able to order my new iphone 6 plus via apple.com for in store pick up.
TLDR: Upgrade eligibility refreshes in minutes. Cancel and go through apple in store pick-up, if you can.
