Jonathan Paul: when i call the 1 877 number it says that order number does not exist
Jonathan Paul: why are some people receiving them earlier than others
Jonathan: Orders are being shipped in the order they were processed.
Jonathan Paul: what do you mean processed...my order was placed at 2:44am est and their are people that ordered a couple days later that have theirs
Jonathan Paul: sorry placed order on 9/12 at 2:44am est
Jonathan: Their order was probably processed earlier than yours I do apologize.
Jonathan Paul: how can that happen....
Jonathan Paul: first come first serve...right?
Jonathan: If a customer whose order was fully processed while yours was still pending, It would have shipped first we can not hold up orders that have been processed.
Jonathan Paul: well why wouldnt mine of been processed?
Jonathan: If the credit card was declined and you needed to call in it would have held up the process.
Jonathan: This is just an example.
Jonathan Paul: can you see on my account what held up the processing?
Jonathan Paul: i had a hold on my credit card for $45 for 2 days then it disappeared
Jonathan Paul: the hold was immediatly
Jonathan: We do place that hold to reserve the device for you.
Jonathan: I do see you had chosen the iphone plus this device was in higher demand.
Jonathan Paul: i still do not understand how someone can order a couple days after me with the same phone can have theirs before me....so it takes a couple days to process? well if thats the case i would still be ahead of them
Jonathan: I apologize you have not received your device as of yet. The order has been fully processed, There is no way to expedite it any further. If you like I can provide you the phone number for our Customer Care to see if there is anything they can do for you for the inconvenience?
Jonathan Paul: well if there is nothing you can do what are they gonna be able to do
why cant they just admit they dropped the ball!
