James: Information..
Jonathan: Thanks. Can you also provide me with the full billing address, including street, city, and zip code?
James: Address..
Jonathan: Thank you very much. Please hold a moment while I look up your order.
Jonathan: Your Apple iPhone 6 Plus 16GB Space Gray will ship in 14-21 business days.
James: It took you like 3 minutes to type that line.
Jonathan: I apologize for the inconvenience. We have seen tremendous demand for the new iPhone models from the very moment they became available to pre-order. Apple and its manufacturing partners are working hard to fulfill the demand for these exciting new products. Orders are processed in the order that they are received and I assure you that were working diligently to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible.
James: By working hard to fufill these products you mean they are being created in a sweatshop in china?
Jonathan: I'm not sure if apples manufacturing companies have sweatshops in China.
James: I'm pretty sure there are sweatshops, i've seen pictures..
Jonathan: We are shipping the devices in accordance with the orders that were processed first to last.
Jonathan: That's very interesting.
James: Oh really? My friend that bought a phone 3 days after me, got their phone shipped already.
Jonathan: Their device may have finished processing before yours.
James: But I ordered 3 days before him -.-
James: And got a confirmation 5 minutes after my order.
James: I ordered at 11:45 PM PDT and got a confirmation at 11:50 PM PDT
Jonathan: The confirmation is just to let you know we received your order.
James: Thank you, for your VERY helpful information.
Ended chat there.
