My 6+ 128 SG just got delivered by FEDEX. Monady Sep 22 at 11:30 PT.


SG 128 GB 6+ just shipped today via Fedex From TX. Delivering Monday. Premier customer. Originally had the 10/2 date.
Ordered from AT&T on 9-12 at 11:56 pm PT (so it was actually on 9-11).
I was first notified by Fedex email today Saturday 9-20 at 9:45 am PT.
AT&T Premier emailed at 10:08 saying order shipped.

i want to cancel my order I6 Gold 64Gb

I need some inputs on if i should cancel my order or just keep it and wait for at&t to ship it, but other part of me is to cancel and just wait, i really don't want to. also i found on other thread is if i cancel the order At&t will put me top of the list and send my phone right away. People I Need Help! Help!

Can someone also confirm this. Ive heard that if you order your phone online through apple, as long as the phone hasn't shipped yet you can go in store and pick up one from their stock.

Cancel and look for phones availability in apple.com. They have more inventory than all AT&T stored combined.
 
Damn all people in this thread should just cancel their preorder from AT&T, and just walk into an Apple store to buy it. Look at the delivery dates that you guys are receiving from AT&T, it's really laughable.:apple:

By now you have heard the many stories of AT&T customers who pre-ordered their iPhone 6 Plus from AT&T, only to be told to expect their phones many weeks after launch day, while those that ordered later are seeing their phones delivered sooner, many are receiving them today. Unfortunately I am one of those unfortunate customers that is not receiving a phone today, my order was acknowledged via email at 03:22 AM CDT September 12, 2014. Currently my order shows an expected shipping date of between Oct 13 - Oct 22. The reason I ordered my phone in the middle of the night on pre-order day was due to the fact that AT&T advertised a "first come, first served" policy. Based on what I am reading online, and based on the silence of AT&T as a company with regards to this subject, this has not happened.

Why?

I have been an AT&T customer since Cingular sponsored Robby Gordon's NASCAR in 2002. I have stayed loyal to AT&T for many years. My family and I currently have three iPhone and one iPad plan with plans to add another line. With all of the advertising money spent trying to attract new customers, I have to ask, "What about me, the loyal customer?" I pay my bills on time. We buy new phones every year. Do I not matter? I do not plan to cancel my AT&T service, I like your products and your coverage, but this behavior is not consistent with a company that bills itself as World Class.

I expected a phone in a few days, not a few weeks. I hope that AT&T can do better in the future.
 
Well the good news is that it looks like the SG's are starting to ship out little by little. There's also 3 planes coming in tonight so I have hope ;) it's just taking some time. They have to sort through hundreds of thousands of phones. But we'll get them this week I'm sure!

I'm a premier. Ordered a 128gb and a 64gb both SG. Ordered them at 2:10 am central, got confirmation email at 3:45 am. Dates went from end of November to end of October and right now stuck at 10.2-10.13. I am premier.

Not everyone has an apple store nearby and those that do (Me) do not have any of what they want in stock (mine doesn't)
 
Just got off the phone with the main line support for AT&T and mine was it light years better than the premier support line. The girl was incredibly polite and honestly seemed like she felt bad. It calmed me down and made me remember why I liked AT&T so much in the first place. i was actually minutes away from canceling and switching to verizon.

So I guess I'll just bear with them until they sort everything out. No more complaints from me though. Good luck everyone.

if it were this easy why would we all be sitting here at our computers? seriously?? No apple stores have 64gb 6+ in grey.

Well written, hopefully they give you a call back directly trying to address your concerns (looks like they have for some people in the forums).

Preordered on 9/12 at roughly 2:45 am and received confirmation at 5am of my order. The entire time has said preorder processing expected ship date 10/2-10/13 and nothing has changed. Ordered the 6+ 16gb gold and I live in Kansas

Omg someone else that has ordered a 16gb! I thought I was the only one! Also stuck on the 10/2 group. Havn't seen anyone receive a 16gb.
 
I have been reading this forum for weeks now and I am finally posting on here because I am so excited, yes... actually excited.

My AT&T 6+ 64GB SG is offically on its way. I just got a text message and email from AT&T with tracking information via FedEx.

I preordered via Premier on 9/12 and got conformation email at 2:13am (CST). I have been waiting ever since then.... The ship date has bounced aruond like everyone else and it finally settled on 10/2-10/13. That was until this afternoon. I have been into AT&T stores and the local Apple store throughout the weekend just seeing what I could do and of course nobody had any 6+ models in stock. I actually got a kick out of seeing what BS that I could get out of the AT&T employees it was pretty entertaining. Anyways I hope that everyone else with SG preorders gets a tracking number today!!
