None of them know anything, they just want to get you off the phone. The only surprising thing is that the callcenter manager hasn't provided a standard script for them to read, rather than having each one give a widely divergent, different, and equally incorrect answer. Poorly handled all around, really.

CSR's from AT&T told different customers different lies.
We had two (update now 3) people say they cancelled and went with a 6 and then listed reasons justifying the change.
Planes that landed in Alaska carrying iPhones may be headed to Russia for the global launch and not for us. (Wouldn't make much sense but nothing has seemed to make much sense yet).
The phrase, "Screw AT&T" may or may not be a verb. (this was highly departed on page 175).
