Athina : Any order ordered on 9/12 or 9/13 should be receiving their orders on 9/19. Customers are seeing pushed back dates because our system is on a default setting and when the website was getting a lot of orders put in, it automatically pushed the dates back. You should have nothing to worry about and I apologize for the inconvenience.

That's 4. I'm beginning to think should we not receive them, we have enough ammo to Atleast cause a fuss. Now it isn't just one or two rogue csrs coming up with this or using it as a dismissive tactic, this is what they believe and/or were told to say. I don't think we are in as bad of shape as we think we are.

That being said, att should have released a statement. I'm sure they can do it via a salary employee if they don't want to pay a high level exec for 3m of his time....

Just think how much stress that one little comment would take off their entire corporation and work force. I said it before and I'll say it again... These are the people with 7 and 8 figure salaries.

I certainly hope you're right...my charge is still pending, still in "preparing to ship" status and still have estimated dates of October 2-13. Hoping things change tomorrow.
 
So on Premier my cancel button has disappeared but it still says "Preorder Processing: Pending Confirmation." I'm speaking to a rep and she is saying that I should've agreed to an agreement in an email for the Next program. In my confirmation email, it has the Next agreement and it shows on the agreement that I electronically accepted the terms on the 12th.

My question is, did anyone use Next to preorder and they had to do an extra step to sign agreements or something?

I just hope that the images on the web are mock ups as far as scale. Even though they probably aren't.

One of the only perks to a larger screen (specially since the 6+ didn't get additional hp to push it so I expect performance gamewise to be a little worse and hold back games) is the additional real estate.

Problem is they seem to be just giving us larger icons instead of letting us use the extra space. Bah.

no such thing... remember the last step with all the checked boxes that was what she was talking about no email was ever sent.. you did it when your ordered... once again they have no idea whats going on...

Emmanuel: I'm showing your order will be shipping on 10/13/14 - 10/22/14.
Chris: I am aware of that..
Emmanuel: The shipping timeframe currently listed for the Apple iPhone 6 is in 21-35 business days if that was your concern.
Chris: I am concerned with what other ATT reps are telling us....

I figured. And now she said that there will be a new email sent with a new confirmation number when the order is ready for shipment, which doesn't sound right to me.

I used Next and did click to sign the Next agreement but it was on the Apple site that i did this and not the AT&T site, in fact it was my iPhone with the Apple Store App to be honest but it did ask me to agree or i could not move forward with the order. I did this for 2 phones.

However , I only got 1 email confirmation for one phone and the other iPhone 6 Plus did not send a email confirmation. Not sure why.

I knew it was too good to be true. Always happens this way. Your shipping dates that you are showing on the apple site or At&t site are just about locked in it seems… with little or no hope of getting sooner unless something major happens. Sorry to be bearer of bad news.

But I have been sitting here the past couple days with 4 browsers open (one for each of the two ATT iPhone Preorder forums here, one for ups my choice and one for fedex) and I am constantly refreshing. I also open up a fifth browser to occasionally check order status on att.com and my premier order status from my initial confirmation email all the while calling the 877 and 866 numbers every hour and then once in w hill deciding to try and speak with a CSR. I would be surprised if I am the only one doing this....

finally broke down and contacted a CS agent even after I said I wouldn't...lol...we all know by now they either tell us what we want to hear or don't. but this agent said it so perfectly so I bet she wouldn't get in trouble....

Agent-"Your order is set on schedule for shipment, so you should be getting it soon."

what does that mean, but then she came back and said, "Your order is set to be shipped on the 19th".

Well, I hope so as well....lol, i'm not trying to say your "premier" chat rep was better than mine...I just wanted to show what he said to me....so, in all honestly, who knows? We don't know, and it seems like most reps don't know either.

Mine wasn't a chat rep, it was a live person. When I spoke to a chat rep they said I could get more info if I called the number cause they have access to a different system. I am not working right now so I sat on hold for two hours.

ahh okay...I tried to call the premier line earlier..and it looked like it was going to work..but then all of a sudden it said something like "due to a high volume of calls, we are unable to connect you to a service rep at this time, please call back at a later time"
 
Proctologist or ATT rep during iPhone release time....... Don't know which I'd rather NOT be!
 
So my regular AT&T account profile in the 'My Orders' section now has my order details regarding the 64 GB 6+ Silver. Prior to now every time I checked, it was blank. I assumed it was that way since I ordered through premier and that has been sitting in the preorder processing status without the cancel order button.

So it says preparing shipment between the estimated dates and that date range is the same previously bumped range of 10/13-10/22. I shall wait and see what transpires in the next two days.

Worst thing is My UPS choice wont show the address as I just moved and my billing zip code and address zip code are different.
 
I'm sure their system is way lagged.. I paid for an early AT&T Next Upgrade and the funds have already come out of my bank account, not pending, but officially gone. The tax and $1 dollar charge are still Pending on my PayPal account (used my PayPal DC to do that) but then again this was on Sunday and it takes 2-3 business days for it go from Pending to Complete so we'll see how it goes by tomorrow.

Also, when I log in and try to do an upgrade check it still shows that I have to pay the same amount I already paid to upgrade my phone..
 
you would think with this happening every year AT&T would give employee training prior to all iPhone releases on how to handle these situations, they have have no idea whats going on and its even worst that they can't even understand own system!!!
