looks like a lot of people are getting there 6+ 64gb space greys which I heard is the most in demand. .This is promising since I cant get ups my choice due to address verification..

Same. I'm ready to kill UPS. Even after answering their retsrded questions it still won't work. I had them send it via mail but I don't anticipate getting that anytime soon
 
My cancel button is gone as well, I'm going to read into that as being positive but not be surprised if nothing shows up on Friday (other than my brother's and fiancee's IP6, which I'm sure they would rub in).

I have a question. Are any of you guys with tracking or dates via premiere?

Mine is suddenly gone as well...any change is encouraging at this point. We are logging in to the Premier order status page to get this. No tracking date here, though.

Athina : Any order ordered on 9/12 or 9/13 should be receiving their orders on 9/19. Customers are seeing pushed back dates because our system is on a default setting and when the website was getting a lot of orders put in, it automatically pushed the dates back. You should have nothing to worry about and I apologize for the inconvenience.

So I wasn't able to save the actual log of my chat but I spent 1 hr on chat with a representative who was supposedly able to check order status, and after verifying and re verifying my information I was told to call another number to get assistance....... I know they are busy, I know it is a lot to deal with all this but to waste 1 hour of time only to pass the buck to someone else is insane.....

If they cant help with order status they should not be taking chat requests for order status......,
 
its either that we all going to get ours on the 9/19 or it is a default system to eliminate the cancellation being closer the release date ( to make there numbers look good ) and lessen the cancelation's


just an idea ...

According to a live chat representative, as long as you pre-ordered it on the 12th-13th, you'll get it launch day.

Then why the **** is my shipping date November 9th-27th?

Athina : With overnight shipping it won't be sent out either tomorrow or the next day.
 
LOL at you people bugging the AT&T reps online.....they know nothing....the iphone 5 launch was the same debacle when I ordered mine....finally got a tracking number and status change to shipping on the day before the actual launch date.....and received it on launch day......they know no more than any of us.....they are just looking at your order and telling you everything you already know....if you don't get a tracking number by thursday afternoon than all of us can go crazy....until than leave these poor minimum wage people alone lol:rolleyes:

I got my 5 and my 5s through Apple, I think perhaps even the 4s, but I do remember getting one iPhone through AT&T (and swearing never to do it again) where I didn't know until launch day if I would get it or not, and sure enough it showed up. No tracking #, no email, no status change until the day AFTER launch. I'm not saying that will happen here, I don't dare to hope that much. Just with AT&T, you never know. I do know next year I'll keep refreshing until Apple's site or app allows me to order.
