Ok well you ordered 3.5 hours after everyone else. There doesn't seem to be ANY non-premier AT&T people that have got their tracking.

plenty of non premier have got theirs. i am just not one of them. CSR said yesterday that i had nothing wrong with my account. That my order went in at 11:52 pst and has no clue why, another rep said i would for sure get it on the 19th....Here is the 24th with nothing, but hey at least my Ghetto Otter box is coming today so i can drool over that and see if it bends in my pocket over a long period of time...#Bendgate

I've been a lurker here the past few days, so I thought I would throw my information in. Finally shipped this morning. Found it on the AT&T Order website. No email or text received yet. 877# went from backordered to processing last night.

So mystery solved "possibly." I just spoke to Business Direct. Premier is the "backend" that is used to manage telephone numbers associated with Business accounts. IE, if you work for a business and your number is associated or you receive a discount, its managed through the Premier interface. If you did not place your order online through that backend, then your order does not get processed out of the Premier pool.

So if you're like me and you were forced to order over the phone then your phone will come out of the ATT Business Direct pool of orders. This is a different order pool than both Premier AND Consumer. ATT cannot link telephone orders with the Premier backend and you will not be able to lookup your order using the Premier interface. Only the ATT lookup will function.

This was really helpful. No wonder I can't get a definitive answer from Premier or Consumer. I should have been talking to Business Direct this whole time. It also explains the odd order numbers and why my order doesn't appear in the Premier system.

Mine changed yesterday....I'm not sure exactly what time because I wasn't checking the 877 number constantly. But I got shipping at 10 this morning. I'd say within 24 hours.

update on mine-
got 877 backordered to processing this am around 8am.
3 hours later now, it changed to Shipped on ATT website.
 
I just called the (877) number and my phone has in fact been shipped and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. I haven't received any shipping notification through email yet.

I did receive the Account Services Summary email this morning as well. I will now have to find something else to obsess over to avoid doing actual work. Good luck to everyone still awaiting their phone. I hope it comes soon.

Can Anyone else who received their phones confirm they got this email right before getting a shipped notice?
 
SG iPhone 6 Plus 64GB ordered 2:05am Central on 12 September, received email confirmation @ 3:48am

Called 877 last night ~ 8:45 pm and noticed I had gone from backordered to processed.

Received email this morning @ 9:15 "Information about your ATT plan"

Checked on line status @ 9:50-ish and shipping had gone from pending to "shipped" but no tracking info.

10:05 FDX number showed up with pickup in Memphis for delivery to St Louis tomorrow.

I am NOT Premier....

ORDER number starts with 1114

So it seems like 64GB Space Gray Plus is the flavor of the day... Hopefully the 128 GB version will be moving soon!!!
 
I went from 'Backorder' to 'Your order is being processed' late last night.
I just received two emails from AT&T "Information about your AT&T plan"...
I'm hoping the ball is rolling.
 
I really think the main variable here is the UTC time stamp on your contract. I ordered at 1:05 MDT and got my contract with 8:36 UTC. Yesterday it switched from Backordered to Being Processed and then shipped for delivery today. SG 64 +.

My wife ordered immediately after me. Her contract was around 10:30 UTC. At first mine was Being Processed and hers was still Backordered. Within a few hours at most, hers moved to Being Processed. However, as yet hers has not shipped. Gold 64 +. I fully expect hers to ship today and be here tomorrow.

Based on my very small sample and the responses of others here I really think that they are shipping first come first served but based on UTC. However, UTC seems very random as was the case with my and my wife's phones.

I am also a premier customer and there may be truth to the fact that they are processing premier first. However, at the beginning it was completely the opposite with premier not getting any phones. But I can't be sure of that either.

I can relate to all your pain as just yesterday I was mad as hell. But it really seems like they are cranking more out and once you go from Backordered to Being Processed on the 877 number your phone is imminent.

Keep hope, if you are 10/3 you are next to ship and I haven't seen anyone go to something sooner, it just goes straight to shipped.
 
I am in NorCal too, ordered at 12:15 am PDT and still not shipping info. When did you get your confirmation email?

My confirmation email arrived at 4:40 am on 9/12. And for others who were asking, my order number starts with 1012.

I got the "Information" email around 6:20 this morning. My tracking number came about 10 minutes later.
 
you guys are saying your status changed on the 866 number, but what about the 877-782-8870 one? They both dont say processed i bet?

And at what point did this become a premier thread, been on here since day one and tired of seeing all these premier shipped when that has nothing to do with mine.....GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Same here! I want to know what the difference is between the phone numbers! The 866 says processed and sent to warehouse to ship but the 877 number says backordered
