Nope. At first I thought that the November ship date was a joke. Some mess up in their inventory system. Now it seems they are dead serious.

There's just nothing for any of us to report other than the 877 number still says back-ordered, the 866 number still says "your pre-order has been received" and every place online still says something different but hasn't changed in over a week.
Still in the 10/2-10/13 shipping range, 128gb SG...
I guess we could speculate that ATT is getting these phones each day and has decided to sell them to Party City as balloon weights rather than ship them to us but basically, there isn't much to say that hasn't been said up to this point until someone sees a change in the 877# or has a tracking number and neither seems to have happened for a while now.![]()

I went a head and called the number using my throw away phone which has none of my information in or on it. used for situations like this. Any way i got a voice recording saying her name rose gonzalis, office of the president please leave your name and number. of course this still could be false. I left my first name and my throw away number. we will see.

I also called her - it's actually her line and she's a real person. She says she didn't post any message on an online forum, so I think the poster was just trying to drive traffic to her number...
