AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I was told I would be billed for taxes and first next within 30'days after activation. I have already recueved bill and only change was my decreased charge for new plan. It is 15.00 cheaper than old one.
Tried canceling my order
So I've been trying to hang in there. But when I looked online at the apple website and saw my phone showing available to pick up at my local Apple Store. It was like a slap in the face. So I canceled my order not realizing I needed to confirm the cancelation and tried ordering through Apple. It said I couldn't order through Apple with the next program. But I've been following the forum and Ive seen where some of you have. Can anyone help? How can the phone I ordered be available for purchase when I preordered and am a premier customer. WTH
Ordered a sg 6+ 128 on the 12th at noon but it wasn't processed till the 14th. 11/9 ship date.

I E-Mailed CEO Yesterday
Got case # and 806 Phone # this AM by E-mail
Replied to E-mail as to when phone will ship?
They called me 2x on cell and once on landline bf going home today
she said they would move up my order to early next week. 5:45 pm est
If a ******** of people have to do this there must be a screwup or phones in USA not being processed for some reason.
FYI did not say if anyone else E-mailed or called CEO office not CSR who are clueless?
I made them call and E-Mail me b/c I' m pissed with ATT
Just called and changed from backorder to being processed
7:45 website has tracking number.
8:45 pm text and E-mail shipping confirmed to my billing address @ post office If it went priority mail eta 10/6
Hope they pulled go switch for everyone here!
seems they can process and ship in 3 hrs? had phone @ Ft Worth, Tx
They shipped the phone Fri and it came mon 10/6 usps 3 day priority mail

You cannot order for in store pick up if using Next if that is what you were trying to do, if not looks like your upgrade eligibility has not been reset.
Yes it's a place holder. ATT has no clue when inventory will come in. I'm hearing rumors that volume is being stock piled and movement will occur on the 10th. But it's just a rumor.
They're sending your phone because you called? What about everyone else that's done that. These people are ignorant and there's no method to the madness.
so much for the processing phones as fast as possible for their customers. ya right. well my line is eligible for upgrade now so as soon as i see one somewhat near me I am getting it.
I emailed a week ago, got a call back and was told I would still get phone in November. Emailed again yesterday and all I got was return email saying they would reach out in next few days. Gave a phone number if I want to call before they reach out to me but I'm not calling them. They will need to reach out to me. No more phone calls on my end. Enough!
I heard that if you put an order in through apple site to be shipped and it becomes available in store before your phone ships you are able to go pick up in store. If so that might be a good way for next users to get a phone sooner. I preordered through AT&T 6+ 16gb gold. Had shipping dates 10/2-10/13. Got fed up of waiting. Multiple local apple stores had stock so I canceled and picked up Tuesday. I'm glad I did. I'd probably be losing my mind refreshing that damn order status page.
so i ordered the iPhone 6+ gold 16gb at 12:04 am pacific time, and i had the late novemeber ship date than got moved to the 10/3-10/13 date with no recent activity, i checked daily about updates called the 877 number yesterday and it said its on backorder and i just called again right now and it said we are currently processing your order now. fingers crossed it comes in next few days. i was about to cancel it because its available at 5 different targets in my area, but i guess i can wait now that i heard its processing. good luck guys
maybe check your local stores, they might be carrying it. never did i think target would have it over the apple store.
It was processing as of today? If so this is the first movement in what feels like AGES.
yes! I've called that number just about everyday and checked online multiple times a day and just a few minutes ago it said we are currently processing your order number of ______ and it will ship between 10/3 and 10/13. all the other times it said it was currently on backorder
Holy hell. Things are starting to move again. Maybe the ATT warehouse employees showed up to work today!!!
finally we are out of it, crossing fingers for our phones in a couple days, maybe monday?
