For what it's woth just spoke with a CSR he said they get shipments every WEEK and the shipping times are based on the fact that the phone is out of stock so yeah there's that. I'll still end up check both websites and both phone numbers a few times a day. In just so frustrated

I ordered a 6+ 128 SG on the 15th in the 11/09-11/27 group hasn't moved since the 16th when in moved to "preparing for shipment" pergatory

Are you serious? You're frustrated? I ordered the same phone and got up at 3am on the 12th, got put in que at 3am, finally got an order to complete around 3:20am, and had a confirmation email before 4am.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MINE, still "preparing to ship"

I have family and friends who completed orders after me for the same phone and they have already received theirs.

Like I said i recieved same message. Different girl and different phone number. I will let you know if they contact me but I won't call them. Did you call CEOs number yesterday?

I did not post calling the ceo's number. i dont have it or i would. :)

Still "Order is being processed" on the 877#. Was hoping that meant shipping in 24-48hr, but it has been 4 days at this point.
 
Just opened up my ATT account online and noticed a $25 credit on my account. I have had a lot of interaction with CSRs but haven't asked or been offered any kind of discount for the "inconvenience" Anyone else notice a credit on their account?
 
I gotta say. Seeing this makes me SO glad I cancelled. I'll never use att again so long as I live. I can't BELIEVE you guys are still waiting :(. You truly have my sympathy.

That being said, I hope you guys have went into a store and handled one. If not, you may want to. I didn't realize how important 1 hand ability was to me until I did so and immediately switched to a 6 and had it instantly.

The larger screen isn't worth the unweildiness and loss of performance due to apples brainiac use of identically clocked hardware with twice the pixels.

If nothing else, it's gonna be much easier to move up to a larger screen should you decide you can deal with needing two hands than it is going to be moving down to a smaller screen if you decide you can't.

Just my 2c. Regardless I'm done with att. Crooks!

I think it's a total waste of time to call anybody at AT&T..... Their main objective is to get rid of you as fast as possible. They will tell you anything to get you off the phone.

The reps do not know anything you can not get from the order status web page.

This is what pisses me off. They need to fulfill our orders before even opening for sale there.

Yeah, I was thinking of writing Tim Cook an email to congratulate him on all the sales..... and tell him that it used to be nice when the word "pre-Order" would mean that you actually get you phone at launch day.

Now it matters more to tell the world you sold gazillions and who cares if people wait a couple month to actually get the darn thing.

That makes 3 of us ordering on 9/12/14. Only difference is mines 64GB.

I've always had the 11/9-11/27 estimated ship dates, even from the first email I received from them on the 12th.

I put my order in around 3PST in-store on the 12th.

I ordered on 9/12 as well, around the same time but over the phone. Have always had the same dates as you and has been 'preparing for shipment' since day 1.
 
Just a PSA for everyone. Once you cancel your preorder for ATT, it immediately allows your upgrade activation to become eligible again.

I ordered at 2:15 AM CST on 9/12. I had the 10/2-10/13 delivery window. Today my Apple Store had a 64gb SG 6+ and I purchased it 30 seconds after I cancelled my preorder. Check the Apple Store App early in the morning. I hope this works for everyone. I may have just won the Apple Lottery. Who knows.

It is worth all the trouble. I hope everyone, especially Ellie, gets their iPhone soon.

At this point if a store around me had the 6+ in stock Id go get it and cancel my ATT preorder.

But apparently there's never going to be any 6 Pluses in Missouri.

DRIVING ME NUTS. I WANT MY EFFING PHONE!!!!!
 
I preordered a 6+ SG 128 GB on 9/12 at the AT&T Store and was the first one in the door that morning. They opened at 9AM CST When I got my confirmation email it stated that my est shipping date was 10/31-11-11. My co-worker had been told earlier that week that if you pre-ordered on 9/12 then AT&T would habe you phone in stock on 9/19. When I came in to work and told him that my estimated shipping date was so far out he went and ordered his 6+ Silver 128 GB and his estimated shipping date was around 11/4-11-15.

Today right before lunch I called Best Buy and they told me that had two 128GB SG's in stock so I rushed over to pick one up. They in turn had a silver and a gold but no space grays. I called my co-worker and he immediately left work and went straight to Best Buy and after about an hour on the phone with 611 and Best Buy calling their people he was finally able to get his phone today! If I didn't depise the white front on the other two colors I would have done the same.

Needless to say going forward I will be calling Best Buy daily as they told me that they have been getting them in regularly there and in different colors and sizes. Hopefully I won't really have to wait almost 2 months after pre-ordering my phone! (I would have been online at 2AM CST but I used my wife's upgrade to get my 5S on the Next plan and in turn can't order online)

This is the first year that I haven't managed to get a phone on launch day because I thought it would be safer to pre-order instead. Sadly I don't believe I will be doing this agian in the future as Apple obviously has plenty of phones to go around but can't sent them to the people who cared enough to pre-order them in the first place.
