I thank you for your kind words. I want my phone as well. Im frustrated also. I just wanted to share some information I received. That's all I wanted to do.

I'm guessing a few are moving. Just no one who is active on this thread.

But we are not going to see a sudden huge shipment of phones to everyone.

The dates... they are the dates.

It's not going to happen sooner... maybe later... but not sooner.
For the most part. Sure there might be an isolated incident, but for the most part. Patience will serve well now. Except mine is running out.:eek:

So the ATT girl checks and begins to tell me 3 to 4 weeks. Think she heard me gurgling, choking and says, let me check another way and comes back and says projected ship date 10/02 to 10/13. Then she starts to sell me an iPad cuz I have a $200 discount due to ordering the phone. Shaking my head, I tell her, let's just work on getting this current order delivered.

No one knows anything, it's one big great mystery. The SG 128 GB 6 + is more of a mythical creature, known to exist but rarely seen in the wild.

But fear not, you can still order your iPhone through your local AT&T retailer or online. When you'll receive it? who knows..... but who cares!! =)

This is so frustrating. I keep thinking oh today will be the day, and I keep getting disapointed. Now I see them skimping on shipping and I doubt I'll get my phone before oct 13.

I say give it till Saturday. If the 877 # still gives you a back ordered status, then yeah, kiss that estimate goodbye.

My dates are in November but I was really hoping to get it around my birthday (Oct 23) - I almost definitely wont given how it looks now. Although, I knew my estimated ship dates from the beginning and I know I should just deal with it, I was just holding out for an At&T birthday present :D:p

My birthday is Nov 11. My ship days Nov 9-Nov 27. Either :eek:my b day or thanksgiving. Crazy.
 
Processing finally

I haven't checked the 877 number since Saturday 10/4 but when I just checked this afternoon it is now saying "processing" instead of "backordered." I won't give it any weight until I actually have tracking numbers for the shipment but at least it's something new.

6+ 128 SG
Ordered just after 3am EST
Confirmation email just before 4am saying shipping in 14-21 days
Has been showing 10/2-10/13 online since I started checking the status
Non-premier
 
I am more confused than ever.

First, I ordered my iPhone 6+ 128GB Space Gray phone at 6:00AM Central Time on the 12th from AT&T. Original shipping range was in Mid-November.

Next, I logged on to attwireless.com and noticed that my ship date range had changed twice to late October, then to early October.

Last week, I called AT&T CSR to ask when the device would ship, being assured that it would ship on the 3rd of October and that I should expect delivery midweek.

When I did not get a shipping notification on Friday or Saturday or Sunday, I decided to call them again today and now my shipping window is late October again.

Additionally, I saw a tip on another website that suggests going to the UPS tracking website and entering your phone number in the "Reference Number" (or some such, I can't really remember) field to find additional info. This confused me even further, since it showed a package (with tracking number and everything) shipped from China, with my phone number and ZIP code last Wednesday, which was signed for at my house with a name that is similar to my girlfriend's name.

OK, so I rushed home today to see if any of the unopened packages at home might be my phone, since AT&T still says my phone has not yet shipped. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. Zero.

I am confused, bewildered, and I still have no idea when I can get my phone. My expectations have not been managed at all.

To top it all off, I'm in Dallas, TX and have been without power since Thursday, although it was finally restored around 1:00AM Central Time this morning. It seems everything is delayed and we must all just wait and wait and wait...

Meh.
 
Still waiting :(

I ordered my 6+ SG 64 on 9/15 they did not process my order officially until the 16th the next day, mine also said 11/9 -11/27 and it says on the Order Status Page Processing Order but when I call it says Back Ordered.
I had a friend order the same day and he got his phone last week, so they are not following any kind of order. That really sucks!
I did find a site that tracks stock;

I did call a Best Buy that showed it in inventory but they said it was for a preorder waiting on Customer to pick up... I think that's BS
 
Sometime within the last hour (last time i checked) the 877 number changed from "backordered" to "being processed". There might be some last in the day movement!!
 
iPhone 6+ 128GB SG Texas

I found this forum last week and have been lurking...I pre-ordered my iPhone 6+ 128GB SG on 9/12 at 3:50AM CT and got a ship date of 10/13-10/22. Nothing has changed or moved since day one!

I am on the Next plan and my card has already been charged the taxes on the new phone. This happened on 9/13. My sister ordered hers through ATT at 2:01 AM 6+ 128GB in Silver and had hers in hand on the 19th!:confused:

Happy for her but I am desperate to get mine! I had no idea how many people would want the SG color..I thought for sure I would have mine no problem..I was under the impression that everyone wanted the gold or white fronts.

Sorry for all of us who pre-ordered and are still waiting..I do appreciate all of the information that y'all share...

Frustrated beyond words right now!!
 
Plus gold 16 GB

Just had a nice talk with a nice young man on ATT. When I checked status I was put through to an agent and decided to hold. Nothing changed, still back order dates in Nivember. But I did ask him why I landed in this queue. Since I ordered on 13 th I wanted to know why Nivember. He said the 16gb gold was the biggest demand with apple. Because the plus was a new item and a lot of customer went with the 16gb gold initially and they ran out of that phone in the first few days if the pre order. And of course they had to start from scratch making that phones . That is my understanding. Of course there is a good chance I will get much sooner but they give you a far out date because they don't know how long it will take for phones to cone out of factory and apple will have to dispense the phones to ATT. Not a surprise. By the way waiting on phone. Got the next agent.
 
Woohoo!!! I just checked 877 number and I'm no longer on back order!!! The stupid robot lady said it was being processed!!! Finally some movement!

Thats 3 128 SGs in the last hour. Looks like they finally got them in!!
 
For those getting 877 processing, please also post your confirmation times so we know how far we have progressed on the order list. I would guess we are at about 3:30am PDT 9/12 so far for 128GB SG ;)
 
Different message

I'm now getting the message "one or more of your items is temporary out of stock" when I call the 866 number. Previously I've heard that my order has been processed and sent to the warehouse for processing. Anyone else had a similar change?

I'm surprised about the taxes. I was told I wouldn't pay taxes until next bill after phone activated.

877 Just changed to order being processed. Also, it gave me a 5 digit item number? It is 4 numbers and then the letter A? Not sure what the item number means.
Still no change from processing on

For reference, I ordered SG 6+ 128gb 3:45am pst. Original ship window 10/02 to 10/13.

My order just changed from Backordered to Processing via 877 number.
