AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Typo

Apparently they're not sending 128 GB SG 6 +'s to MISSOURI. Seems like everyone but my brother and I are getting their 128's today.

AT&T & Apple are Assbags.

FWIW, my 9071 order placed on 9/19 never actually said backorder when calling 877. Just "preparing to ship" online, and "your order is being processed" when calling. Oddly, I have a secondary order number (?) that starts with 7223 that is also an option to check on 877 which says backordered. I don't know which one I should be tracking. The 9071 number is what shows up online.

BTW, it is safe to say most 9/12 pre-order 6+ folks have gotten their phones, or at the very least gotten a shipping notification from AT&T?

If a ******** of people have to do this there must be a screwup or phones in USA not being processed for some reason.

FYI did not say if anyone else E-mailed or called CEO office not CSR who are clueless?

I made them call and E-Mail me b/c I' m pissed with ATT

Just called and changed from backorder to being processed

7:45 website has tracking number.

8:45 pm text and E-mail shipping confirmed to my billing address @ post office If it went priority mail eta 10/6

Hope they pulled go switch for everyone here!

First, Hope you got your phone!

Second, Is there anything about this case or who spoke to you would be willing to share? I am dealing with Office of President as well. Got an 847 not 806#,so not sure if that matters. Just says they have a lot of people complaining. My rep said that there is nothing they can do, which I know is not true. Without throwing you under the bus I would like to prove my case that they did this before. Regardless of the reason, they did it. She is saying they have no way to do it. I have a circumstance that I believe warrants them changing my status. They screwed up my order admittedly and now and I want them to fix their mistake. Any help would be very appreciated.

Not true, I am still here to, florida though. today apple stores nota eaither within a 4 hour radious of me either, thats the farthest i will travel for one so have not checked any farther out.

no it isnt safe to say that 9/12 folks have gotten or have gotten shipping notification. there is a lot of us still here waiting in back order who preordered on 9/12. :)
 
The 877 number changed for me about 3 hours ago. and now I just checked the "My orders" tab on att site......Its says shipping 10/6/14!!!!

Ordered the 12th, still no 6+'s (I ordered 2, 64/128 SG). Backordered :confused:

I got the same thing. It just showed that it departed from original location. I think we can get our phone on Wednesday.

I had that change happen about a week ago.

Update just got Tracking info (USPS ???),

Changed from Backordered to processing today.

iPhone 6+ 128GB SG, 9/12 @ 12:44am PST

Dear God I HOPE it's not USPS.

Nope I'm still here back ordered too...in store (I habe to order in person for business plan) 10 am et 64 gb silver plus.

Hope we get some movement tonight!
 
I'm not even a 9/12 preorder :) I ordered on 9/19 through retentions; so if the 9/12 backlog is cleared, I can hope i got another 7-10 days before I see my phones.

Aaaahhh... Someone else with two order numbers. When I placed my initial order, I received an email telling me my order number was 7230#####. (I ordered on an iPhone 6, not a 6+, on 9/20, so my order number was higher than yours.) My "Terms and Conditions" email had another order number, 907###########. The 7230 order number has been reporting "backordered" from the beginning, and the 907 number has been reporting "being processed" also from the beginning.

This last Saturday, I received an odd email from AT&T, "Information about your AT&T plan". That prompted me to call the 877 status number. The 907 order number still reported "being processed", but the 7230 order number reported "being processed" and also provided an expected shipping range (the same as I'd received all along.)

Sunday afternoon, I called the 877 status number, but now the 7230 order number reported that the order had been shipped and provided a tracking number (FedEx). The 907 order number still reported "being processed" (it still does today...) A few hours later, I received another email from AT&T, "Your recent ATT order status" with conformation that the order had shipped, and providing the tracking number."

Yesterday, the tracking number showed the phone had been "picked up", but didn't arrive at the FedEx facility until today - now it seems to be moving within the FedEx system.

Again, this is for an iPhone 6 (Silver, 64GB), not a 6 Plus. I just wanted to let you know what the two numbers meant in my case, so that you'd know what to expect. Good luck to you and all the other 6 Plus PreOrders!

sorry to burst your bubble but we all thought that at one time too. but some people who ordered after us got their phones. so there is no rime or reason more like the luck of the draw. :(

I emailed CEO twice. First time I recieved csll back with no change. Second time a week later I recieved e mail saying they would reach out to me. They did give me a phone number and case number. That was last Friday. They haven't been back to me since. I am still in same position of back order and nov delivery. I'm done! Just waiting.
 
Shipping Date Change

My shipping date just changed to October 6, 2014 from the October 2 - October 13 range. I ordered 9/12 at 2:35 am Central Time. 6+ 128 sg

This should be a PR nightmare for Apple. But almost all of their customers forgive. And the media brushes it off as simply "high demand" rather than "not sufficient inventory for release". I am amazed how Apple can do no wrong in the eyes of the media, and, their customers. I include myself I guess. I'm not happy right now, but four months from now? I will have forgotten/forgiven the wait. Smaller companies have done less to piss me off and I never spent another dollar with them. Apple? I guess I'm addicted to the crack that is Apple.

People that ordered with Apple are getting their phones, same as Verizon, Sprint, and Tmoble. Dont get it twisted, this is an ATT Midnight-3 am Pre Order fail.

T-Mobile customers getting their phones? I think they're worse off than AT&T customers.

My neighbor got 3 6+ for his family a week and a half ago, my boss got his 2 weeks ago. All Tmobile. 3 Tmobile stores within 15 miles of me currently have all versions of SG, 64 and 16 gold, and 128 and 64 Silver
