There are a few folks who ordered on Sept. 12th and still have no phone. I would not get excited at all. Best to not expect ANYTHING until at earliest your first shipping day estimate. But even quite a few OG those have come and gone.

We all shall see, but I do not hold any hope. As they say, it will get here when it gets here. Sill very unprofessional of AT&T, and even if they had no clue due to apples not meeting demand, they could keep people informed out of common courtesy.

Wow. Two non-contract iPhone 6+ 64GB AT&T ordered on 9/12 around 11 AM PT. Original ship estimate was 11/9 - 11/27.

33 days of my life down the tubes and gone forever! Ordered on September 23, from AT&T online. iPhone 6 Plus, 128GB, space gray. One thing is for certain, I will never, ever, for the rest of my life, order ANYTHING from AT&T! I ordered an iPad Air 2 from Apple online store on October 21, before they were even available in the stores, and it will be here tomorrow October 27! I can't believe that people who ordered the same phone as me, but from Apple instead of AT&T, some of them two weeks after I did, have had their phone for a couple of weeks already! AT&T, you have lost a long time customer...

My phone has reached the USPS sorting facility here should have had it Saturday hope to get it tomorrow but I bet it's Tues before I see mine also!
Alas, that's not going to happen - there just isn't stock. I had a long conversation with an ATT manager last night, they are reordering with priority shipping, once the cancellation process is completed on their end, and best of all, they paid all my bill for this month. With 6 lines and an iPad, that's a fairly substantial amount. I'm satisfied with the resolution, assuming I get a new order tomorrow. Otherwise, I'm going to pitch a fit. I will NOT be going back to that store other than to pick up hubby's phone....if it ever ships.
Bright side, I'll have a nice Christmas present to self! :-D

My phone was shipped Thursday night and I recieved it via usps Saturday at noon. I ordered 9/12 @3:47 am, my ship dates were 10/2 - 10/13 its a really nice phone. It's my first one since the 4s, so far no problems. Best of luck to all of you, AT&T go EAD!!!!

Well, at noon yesterday I received an email that my phone shipped! It is delivering tomorrow. Looks like they are beginning to catch up.

you guys are going to love this! USPS says the reason my phone is now on it's 7th day of 2 day priority shipping is because it was FLOODING in Fort Worth!
WTH I would not ship USPS ever, as soon as I get this phone I am calling ATT and complaining about USPS. No wonder they are having financial problems, all executives need to be fired and the whole place needs an overhaul.

Yep. Same back order bitch here too. I was really hoping to see some big movement on the 6+ 64's today. <sigh>. I really wish I could stop checking and just be really surprised when I got the shipping email.
I was very surprised to hear that USPS was involved in some of these being shipped to customers. They are notoriously slow and unreliable with personal mail so I'm surprised they would have played any role in the initial launch. This reeks of a cost-cutting measure by AT&T.
