My phone was shipped Thursday night and I recieved it via usps Saturday at noon. I ordered 9/12 @3:47 am, my ship dates were 10/2 - 10/13 its a really nice phone. It's my first one since the 4s, so far no problems. Best of luck to all of you, AT&T go EAD!!!!


I ordered 3 mins after you and had the EXACT SAME experience mine delivered at around 1:00 PM!!

Ordered our second iPhone through an AT&T brick and mortar store on 09/29. 6 Plus, Silver, 128GB. Just received notice of shipment on Saturday with delivery this Wednesday via USPS 2-day priority.

Wait you just ordered the phone and received a shipment notice and AT&T wants to know why everyone is pissed. I am still waiting and I ordered a SG 128 6 plus on 09/27

I don't even know what to say to this. Congratulations to you! But seriously AT&T - WTF?!? Most ridiculous order processing I have ever seen. It sucks that no matter how many people decide to change carriers because of this, you won't see much change to your bottom line. I know there are still people who ordered on the 12th that have yet to get a phone. I ordered the 19th and fully expect that all the orders before me will be filled before mine. No problem. But someone who ordered weeks later?!? So frustrating!
 
Ordered SG 64GB 6+ on 9/16 thru Corporate Premier account and still waiting... My expected shipment dates are 11/09-11/27 but according to 28-35 days rule, today's my 29th business day. Hoping this thing gets shipped before Nov 4th which will be 35th Business day for me

You are so right. I know I am pissed waiting and I ordered on 09/27 but everyone and I mean everyone that ordered before me should get their phones before me. If it was done that way I could live with the delays.
 
Just thought I would give an update. ordered on 9/12 128GB SG 6+. Credit card was charged Friday and I received my tracking number Sunday Morning. Shipped via UPS through Dallas Fort Worth, scheduled for delivery by the 29th. I was told by a UPS chat CSR earlier that its possible it would be delivered by tomorrow as I live about an hour from the WorldPort UPS sort facility. I will keep everyone updated as to when I finally get my phone.

Sorry to hear that you guys are still waiting. I believe that my account is flagged as a "prmier" due to my FAN affiliation with my employer, but I would hope that such a thing wouldn't mean that others who have placed their orders prior to me are given lesser priority - if so, then that's a terrible business practice on ATT's part.

I've been reading the emails, and am jealous to see phones ordered in my timeframe start to move!

I ordered 2 64gb SG 6+'s on 9/16/2014. I called in to Premier as my online account was messed up and would not let anybody on our FAN order ANY apple products. That literally took about 4-5 hours of being transferred around, and then another week before the Premier account was fixed, but that's another story! Anyway, after being transferred around about 8 times while on the phone, I apparently ended up placing the order through "NBO" (National Business Ordering?) rather than Premier.

So, two orders placed on 9/16, confirmation emails received on 9/16, and then a "We are still expecting..." email on 9/22.

My expected ship date has been 11/9/14 -> 11/27/14 since day one.

Orders have been "Preparing to ship" since day one.

No change on anything so far.

Hope I'm not messed up by National Business Ordering! Seriously pissed at AT&T.

So there's the wrinkle in my story: I preordered on ATT's premier site at 11am on 9/13, 128GB SG. pre-authorization hit my card the same day, then fell off. I'm 44 day out and still no shipping info. The wrinkle? BofA just sent me a new card to replace the one I put my pre-order on, because the current card was used at Home Depot during their breach. I have 4 days to activate my card or they will deactivate my current one. Either way, if ATT doesn't hit my card in the next 4 days, I will lose my pre-order. :mad:

Call the 877 number, if it still says backordered. Activate your card, call AT&T and ask them to update the information on the order? This might help alleviate some heartache.

Wow reading the horror stories about orders getting canceled due to credit card mix ups..... I just got notified by my bank they are reissuing my Credit Card that I used for the hold due to the big hacking problem from Home Depot.... Will be calling AT&T once I get the new card, I hope the don't cancel the order and make me reorder with the new credit card number.....agggghhhh farging hackers
