AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

Everyone's got different priorities or uses for their phones. For me using iOS without a jailbreak would be a dealbreaker for a personal device.

But what I'm saying is just going by the given dates ATT ships most within those. Ive decided that until my dates pass on both my phones I will be patient.
Was given 10/31-11/11 for both my 64's 1 SG and 1 SLV
 
Just a theory

It seems like if someone ordered midday on the 12th through the 19th they were given the dates of 11/9-27. Most likely because AT&T had no idea of the actual stock they would have. After the official launch they had a clue about the stock and the shipping dates reflected that.

Just a theory but am hoping its true.

Also, earlier in the thread there was a user who went by the name bryanhobbs who mentioned that his relative works for AT&T corporate. Essentially he said that all pre-orders will be shipped before November 13th (Pre-orders are 9/12-9/18 IMO). Lets hope my theory, and Bryan's info are correct.

more silence today from AT&T. Guess they didn't get phones yesterday or today.

I agree. I am just waiting for the next round of shipments that should come in the next day or two and fully expect my 9/21 order to be one of them. From what I have read, Apple is building 160,000 6+'s a day and I would expect at least one day of production per week would be for ATT.

the initial output of 6+ was 140k, and they said they increased output significantly of the 6+. They are doing a lot more than that.

My mailbox is in a sketchy area and not attached to my house. I'd be more than a little peeved after waiting 2 months for a phone if they shipped it USPS and I had to pull my eyebrows off waiting to see if I get it before crackhead charlie gets it. ugh.

Looks like there is movement for SG 6+ 64. ATT just charged my credit card for iPhone. Ordered on 09/12 4:00 pm est with 11/09-11/27 shipping estimate. I am so glad now knowing the end of forever waiting.
 
SWEET HOLY SMOKIN' GOATS!! Just went from "backordered" to "being processed" when I call the 877 number! When I log into my account it shows preparing to ship.

All I can say is its about fracking time!

I does look like things are moving for me too! ATT just charged my card for the phone.

Hello to all,

Checked in couple times in this thread. My CC was charged today and the 877# changed to processing.

My situation is this: Pre-Ordered 6+ 64GB SG in-store mid-day PST on 9/12. I am a premier customer, so somehow my order wasn't processed until launch date (According to one CSR). I received 11/09-11/20 estimated shipment date and it hasn't budged since the beginning.

Anyways with my CC being charged and the status on the 877# changing I'm pretty sure I'll get my phone by end of the week.

Hope this post was helpful, and to those still waiting, hang in there! Like someone else mentioned I think I'll go and pre-order the iPhone 7 now just to ensure I get it in time from AT&T.

Happy your experiences with USPS was/are positive ones, not been the case for me.

my iPhone 6+ was shipped 2 day air and it took 4 days to arrive! My iPad air took 7 so you can see where I have no love lost for the USPS!
 
Got charged about an hour ago. Ordered 6+ SG 64gb on 9/12 around 4 pm Central time.

Is that a good sign? Does it mean it has shipped?

Thank you. My fair lady on 877 changed her tone from "Backorder" to "being processed." I hope you get your phone pretty soon.

Same here. My card charged and 877 went to being processed. I think we will get our shipping confirmation sometime tomorrow.
