The bad news: AT&T finally called back almost a week after I emailed the CEO about this disgraceful product rollout. Guy was a total schmuck, said there was no problem because AT&T hadn't missed or changed the shipping period. (SB 64GB, ordered Premier 9/13, est. shipping 11/9-11/27) No sympathy, no explanations, just a complete attitude of "oh, well." If that's the response from the executive office, no wonder their regular reps are so awful. I informed him that we would never again order anything through AT&T, and they shouldn't expect us to remain customers for much longer.
The good news is that the charge showed up on my credit card, so I expect to be receiving an update on shipping shortly. AT&T, you...still suck, but at least I'm not going to be reminded of that every day soon. Except for the terrible reception in our house...which reminds me, when is AT&T going to enable the Wifi calling that the iPhone 6 is capable of, which we supposedly don't need because their network is so great?
