I really don't care. I'm in my shipping window that I was given for whatever reason and I expect my phone within that timeframe. I can't help what dates others were given.
Phones finally shipped today.
Was in the 11/7-11/29 group, ordered on 9/12.
We have four 6+ 128GB SG and two 6+ 64GB SG all shipped yesterday, expected to be here in Dallas today or Monday. Heres to today hopefully!

Still in back order, but at least not cancelled. The otterbox I ordered will be here today. Who knew I'd get that before my phone considering it just was available last Friday. I guess the latest I should get the phone in my hand will be a week from Monday. Watching gingersnap and Keyman- I'll be right behind you!! Ordered 9/21. Happy Halloween!!

Are you charging your job for the internet time it took you to write this? Why don't you take your chill pill down at the front desk while waiting for your fedex delivery today?? There are some real crazy types on here that need to seriously obsess about our nonexistent shipments k???
I know I should not be complaining because my phone 128gb 6+ has shipped on 10/29. It is suppose to be delivered on 11/04 by UPS but really a week to ship a phone I have been waiting 45 days for ATT. You might want to call and complain and see if you can get overnights shipping or they will use snail mail or ups ground which means 3-7 days to deliver to you. On top of how long you have been waiting

Well, it's official. My order for my 128GB SG 6+ is cancelled. Called premier customer service and had them remove the order from my account and I'm going to go pick one up in the store. Waited 48 days for nothing. Thanks Obama.
Apple stores in Northern California appear to have gold and silver iPhones in 16gb and 128gb for ATT. There appears to still be a shortage of space grey units for some reason and 64gb units not sure why. Bay Area stores seem to have the best options for people to walk in and get a phone. I device says Bay Area apple stores have 64gb gray iPhones for nw as of 11:00 am PST . So the Bay Area is still best option to get iPhones at Apple stores
Can you do the Next program in the apple store?
I found 3 stores within a 2 hour drive that has the phone I currently have on order with ATT.

Yes, but you can't on their site. So if you see it in stock, hurry down there and grab it up.
AT&T is messed up. Can't even cancel
Ordered thru Business Premier 6/64/Gold on 10/14. Ship date is 11/12-11/21. No upgrade - full price
Was able to get it thru the Apple Store in the city. Called AT&T to cancel and they said it's in their warehouse already (preparing to ship) and can't cancel. However, they can't give me a date of when it's gonna ship!!!!
according to them I can only refuse the package when it comes in. So frustrating

I was just on the phone with a rep from one of the stores and she stated in order to do the Next program, the phone would need to be shipped to me.
I will try calling one of the other stores and see what I'm told.

They reviewed our account info this morning and escalated it directly to the office assistant that had called yesterday in response to the email I sent to R. Stephenson about my cancelled order. He is set to call my hubby within an hour or 2....
C'mon AT&T....try to restore my trust in you!!
