It seems like a motherlode of phones just dropped in Souther California. I dare say it was easy to get 6+ in any color for AT&T for 2 days. The 6 is also widely available.

Posted hours ago I ordered a 6+ (64 GB, SG) and had the 11/9-11/27 ship dates. About an hour ago I got a shipping notification email my 6+ is sitting in Dallas and on its way. Maybe posting in this thread is good luck. #

Apparently an order placed 10/26 is going out tonight from what I just read. Day 3 of my shipping window over and still nothing. Bastards.

Awesome experience! So I ordered on 09/12 at 11:55 PT. Initial dates were Oct 02-13. Has been in back order since 10/13. I was at this club partying for Halloween and i get a mail saying iPhone 6+ is in stock at the store (istocknow.com/live) . I literally ran to the store (just a block or two from the club! drunk of course :D) . In 5 min I was in and out of the store. This thing feels great in hand. Totally worth the wait. I cancelled my order (At&t next) on my way to the store. My upgrade eligibility was restored by the time I reached the store (So say 5 min once you get hold of a CSR) . There was too much panting the CSR was wondering why until I explained her about that. She was as excited as I was. Guys one thing be nice to CSR's they are as clueless as we are and thats how **** works I think. Still F#*k you At&t its so wrong keeping so many people waiting.

Yeah I saw the Boulder store got them this morning. I was in the Lone Tree store when I got the message that Aspen Grove 5 miles away had my phone. I hustled on over and got my phone. Was about to pull the trigger on moving all phones to Verizon. I literally had the plan and phones worked out and was about to give the go ahead when I got the message. Got my phone and have been messing with it since. Might still pull that trigger but not for a year or so.

Have been reading this thread for a long time like everyone else and created an account so I can share my experience.

I ordered from an AT&T store on 9/30. I waited to order until I could try both versions so I could see if the Plus would be a good fit or too big. I ordered a 6 Plus SG 128GB and got $200 bucks for my old iPhone 4 that's been tucked into a drawer for several years. I went with a Next plan.

My ship date range was 11/07/2014 to 11/18/2014 and I've been concerned about getting mine on time after reading so many bad stories.

Ended up getting an iDeviceChecker.com email notification that several Apple Stores in the Houston area had my model including the one closest to me this afternoon.

I hit the Apple site and was able to add the phone to my AT&T account as if I was buying it for the same phone number. My only purchase option was paying full price.

After receiving the email confirmation from Apple that the phone was ready and waiting for me, I called AT&T and canceled my ordered phone. Wasn't a problem at all. My goal was to switch to the Next plan at the Apple store when I picked up the phone. I hit the AT&T site before leaving to confirm that my order was canceled and it was.

When I got to the Apple Store, they checked my Apple.com order and said it had been canceled and commented how they've had issues with AT&T. Luckily, they still had the phone and we were able to set up the purchase on the Next plan since AT&T had updated my account's eligibility after canceling.

When I got home, I checked Apple.com and my account showed the phone I had ordered online this afternoon as still waiting for me to pick up. I clicked the cancel order button and it took me to a page that said I was unable to cancel. I called the Apple.com 800 number and the rep was able to go in and cancel the order.

If I had to do it over again, I would wait until getting to the Apple Store and call AT&T to cancel my order once the Apple Store rep had my phone in their hand. It would have sucked if they sold my phone out from under me and it could have easily happened.

I can only guess that since AT&T and the Apple Store's systems are connected that my Apple order was canceled because AT&T reset my eligibility after I canceled my AT&T order.

Anyway, I have the phone and my gut says I got it a month earlier than it would have arrived due to the mess that is AT&T order fulfillment.

Good luck to the rest of you, maybe you can do what I did and get your phone earlier too.
 
All of the CC cancellation posts spooked me since mine was reissued. Assurances from AT&T CSRs about texts and emails, elevated tickets, no return calls from supervisors and no reply from CEO email ...heightened doubt. Considered notifying the media, the notifications from istocknow.com lit up my email and led me to cancel my order. One hour 21 minutes on #611 later I was departing Apple Store with 6+ 128 G in hand. Beauty. #

Update! My boyfriend ended up ordering the 128gb gold 6+ for store pick up with one of his eligible lines. I spoke to a rep from att and apple whom said it would be just fine even though we are not on the same plan. Att said you just have to call and switch it over before activating the new phone. Does anyone have any experience with this?? I'm thinking in the worst case scenario we would just need to goto ATT store and get a new sim for new phone on my line and new sim for old phone on boyfriends line.

Also, cancelled my order this evening and upgrade has not been restored. I did it via chat and I have to call tomorrow to get my $40 upgrade fee back, like really?
 
Seriously Fed Up: Another Rant

I know I shouldn't be complaining as much as the guys who ordered in September and are still waiting, but the fact that people here who ordered after me and are getting the same exact phone before me is mind boggling. I ordered on 10/06 and expect for it to ship on 11/13-11/24. But, my local apple stores have all of them in stock. ALL. But, since my phone is still "processing" I can't do anything. I'm also stuck on an AT&T Next Plan which complicates the situation slightly. Is there any success canceling the order even though it's processing? Thoughts? Ideas? Anything will help!
 
Here's the thing... I know my shipping dates are 11/10-11/19 so I should not be upset HOWEVER if you look over at the ATT forums people ordering 10/29 already have shipping confirmation on the 64's all colors.
I have already waited 5 weeks so I feel like it would be my luck to cancel right before they ship and then have something go wrong in the store. I may be Irish but I got shitt luck. So I will give them a week. I am mostly super jelly of people canceling and getting phones but what to do????:confused:

The 16gb has no wait time on att website.... Might be the reason
