Slight shift in projected delivery

I find it funny that when I ordered mine (6+ 128Gb space gray) online on Oct 29th, I was given a Nov 24- Dec 2 delivery estimation. When I received the order confirmation the following day, the projected delivery time suddenly jumped to Dec 22-27.
Four weeks in one day. Now that's what I call accurate prediction.

Maybe I should see if the Farmer's Almanac has an AT&T iPhone delivery prediction section.
 
wow battery on the 6+ is awesome!!! 2 hours of usage and 6 hr 12 min standby and my battery percentage is 87%!
 
Damn.. Literally every Apple Store in California have the iPhone 6+ Gold 64gb according to istocknow... Too bad I can't do anything about my order...

Ordered 9/22
Shipping range of 10/30-11/10

Just called the 877 to ask if there's any update to my order, basically it's today or Monday, and I haven't seen/heard anything.

The Premier CSR was adamant that I would be getting the phone shipped. "Definitely Monday, could be today" and that I'll get an email with tracking number. She was very confused as to why I'd even be questioning this. She repeated over and over that "your phone will ship by Monday and you'll get an email". Sounded to me a lot like "Tell him what he wants to hear". Maybe I'm overly cynical at this point, but that's what I felt.

To put a finer point on it, I asked her "So you have phones in stock?" She said "we have lot of those phones in stock, yes".

Maybe she's right, maybe ATT is literally going to adhere to the letter of the law with the range and ship in on the last possible day for many people.

I doubt it. I think she was telling me what I want to hear so I'd hang up ASAP and she could go about her day.

She did provide a number to call if I don't get a shipment email by EOD Monday though. 1-866-499-8008, Option 2

This is what I love about AT$T.. I also am a premier customer, ordered 9/19 SG 6+ 128 GB and I have a shipping window of 11/9 - 11/27... All I want to know is why?

Makes absolutely no sense. The whole rollout has been bizarre to say the least. Is it that much worse this time vs the 5? I went and looked, and I ordered my 5 on 9/20/12, and I received shipping notice on 9/26. Hand it in hand 9/30/12.

For what it's worth, I hope you get yours on the 9th/10th. As you deserve to get yours before me.
 
Last day of shipping window for my 128gb sg and I checked the website it went from preparing to ship with my dates of 10/29-11/07 now it says backordered with no shipping dates....not good :( but I did find a previous post where the same thing happened to someone and the status the day after changed to shipped and we are the same model so fingers crossed.

Well you can take memory the list I headed to a nearby (1.5hr away) Apple store and found a 6plus in silver 128 gb. So who ever is in charge of the list make me as canceled I guess

what happened to your order? last time I had heard from you you thought you would be getting shipping info soon
 
I'm going to try and NOT call AT&T on Sunday the 9th. That's the first day of my shipping time. I'm NOT going to check the website. I'm not going to . Nope.;)

The Portland Apple stores stocked up on AT&T phones. I immediately jumped ship and got the 6+ SG 128 there, so I didn't even have to compromise the color I originally ordered! Good luck to everyone still waiting, and I'd suggest checking the Apple stores, even if it is a few hours drive away.
 
bleh, they shipped it UPS. I must be the only person in this country that would prefer the post office over UPS. (I really really really hate UPS).
 
I've seemingly won the war with AT&T. I called the guy from the appeals office that contacted me about my email to the CEO today. I gave him 24 hours.

He is calling me back before the end of the day with a tracking number. He stated he's making sure my phone is on a FedEx truck today.

Let's see if he speaks the truth.

Today is last day of my window. Ordered 9/20. 6+ 128 SG. I'm going out of town and wife is driving so I will have time to make a few calls. That's right!
 
If I get a tracking number within the next 24 hours I may accidentally give you all this guy's direct number. ####

That's awesome - I'm so happy for you!!!
I am so over this process, as many of us are.....Unfortunately, I was one of the ones that had their order cancelled and had to reorder on 10/13 - putting me to the back of the line. At the time, I was dealing with it, now my phone is crapping out on me and I just may be without a phone AT ALL!! Oh well......seems like it's the norm ;)
