Im in the 10/29-11/07 window and still don't have mine.
I feel your pain especially cause we have the exact same order info. The guy at the at&t store told me many people where having their shipping dates pushed back. By any chance what phone are you using right now? Because that is what helped me to get away with the guy keeping an eye on the order for me. Also since my 3g contract expires and the 4g takes effect maybe they are thinking next week we get our phones? I don't know I hope that dude who emailed you gets back to you. I'm using a 5C...I know I shouldn't be complaining. But the thing has been shutting itself off continuously and has the battery life of like 1/2 an hour. I did email the CEO of ATT today and got a call and voicemail from a gentleman in their Appeals Office who told me he'd be looking into it personally and getting back with me. Never heard back so I'll be calling the direct number he gave me tomorrow. He better brace himself.....![]()
Oh ok never mind then. No worries I totally get it, I had a 5 and it was giving me all kinds of problems before I traded it in and my made me do it right then and there. Wow, you do it man you give them hell. For all of us!

I've been disconnected from several times via chat and phone. I finally emailed the CEO and they returned my call but had no updates. Wow at least you got through everyone hung up on me and my chat mysteriously doesn't work. Good for you, don't give up I know I am not that's why I went directly to the store so that way they see what's wrong and I can physically have a manager escalate the case if need be. Well I hope our luck will change. The 128gbs sgs are slowly popping up again.

I have been following this forum for weeks. Tonight, I heard words other than "on backorder" on the 877#! I got the "Your Order is Being Processing" message! It's about time.
I pre-ordered for my wife, a 64GB 6+ Gold on 9/13/14 at 12:30am pacific. Ordered from the ATT Premier site as it is for her business. We didn't get the email confirmation until 9/17. Expected shipping date has been 11/9/2014 to 11/27/14 since the beginning.
The story is long, and lots has happened, such as being hung up on by CSR's, scripts that are read almost exactly the same by multiple CSR's, repeating everything you already know, the local Apple store had the same phone in stock for almost 4 days last week, and Apple reps say they are sorry, but they can't do anything for ATT premier account customers.
I hope the rest of the process goes smoothly. I am keeping my fingers crossed!
And may everyone receive their phones soon!

So it's true that the Apple Store cannot do anything for us AT&T Premier customers? That means we have no choice but to wait it out for our orders? Am I reading this correctly? This is absolutely ridiculous. I'm so over this. I ordered my iPhone 6 Plus 128GB Gold on Sep 12th and my ESD has now moved from November to Christmas. We go from 2 months to 3 months now. Great.
