Gingersnap and I are apparently getting screwed into holding on longer than necessary. Part of the email I just sent Mr. Edmond from the Escalation team @President's office:
"Personal emails and phone numbers are insufficient in calming wronged customers if nothing gets done anyway...and I am starting to question whether the purpose of this "team" is to entertain & distract angry customers into thinking they are getting somewhere. I can only blame myself for falling for it...yet again".
All this because I hate being treated like I'm a dumb 'ol customer that they need to simmer down with all the tricks of the trade because I'm making too much ruckus for them. I'm done playing the "Oh goody...you're going to help me!!" game and going back to my original "I'm gonna bust your lip!!" attitude that worked to initially light a fire on their behinds...
I concluded with:
"The question is simple: Will my phone be shipped within the next two days? I want a clear answer... no more waiting, scheduling call backs, or checking back at a later time".
We ARE being lied to with a PASSION!!! #
I sent the following email just now:
Mr. Edmond -
I was emailing in regards to my order placed on 9/21. I was assured by the appeals and resolution office I would get a call back today with a tracking number.
That did not happen. Instead I received an email stating Id have even more of a delay receiving my order. I'm growing weary of being misled in this matter.
Can this matter please be addressed?
