9/20 - ordered 2 space grey 128 GB

Have called to check and been hung up and disconnects from chats. Then last week a woman told me my phone would ship by that Friday. It didn't.

My window was 10/29-11/07.

I emailed ATT's CEO Wednesday and Thursday got a call from an appeals and resolutions worker assuring me he was looking into it. I gave him 24 hours and called back yesterday.

He assured me he'd call me back with a tracking number last night. Didn't. No shipping notification. Instead my window passed and I got notification it would be even longer.

Last night I send another email and today still nothing.

Monday this gentleman is going to be receiving a pretty heated call.

Well don't feel like the Lone Ranger. I think you were the one that gave me the CEO's email. Thank you.

9/12 - Ordered my :apple: iPhone 6 Plus Gold 128GB :apple: ESD 11/09/14 - 11/27/14

Order Cancelled by AT&T at some point & was never notified.
11/3 Called Customer & order reprocessed and moved to the end of the line ESD now 12/12/2014 - 12/23/2014

11/7 Emailed CEO
11/8 Received call from Grace @ Executive Office stating they are receiving an order at 3 pm and my order will be expedited & will receive shipping info asap

Haven't heard anything so far and current status still the same. DAY 58 BTW.

I'm so over it. Gonna give them til the end of next week to get my phone and then going to the cancel my order and go to the Apple Store. Seems like everyone else has been successful and able to get their phone locally.

If I had any store around me to get them I would. I think the closest ones are out of state and I'm a single mom of a toddler. I just can't do a road trip.

I think there's hope for you though. You've raised enough hell plus you're within your window even though it expired. The gold 128GB I'm trying to get must be hard to come by. I'm learning that Apple is fulfilling their customer's order first and then us AT&T customer's last. Being premier didn't even help. I remembered not having this much problem when I ordered my iPhone 5 from them right after launch day around this time. I hate that there are no stores close by you.

Oh well, keep us posted.

I kicked att's ass today.:cool:
I went to a corporate store(not retail) and got my eligibility reinstated.

I drove to Apple Carlsbad and got my gold 64+ no problems, husband got his silver 64+ no problems.

Anyone in the San Diego area that runs across this issue of canceling an order and unable to reverse your upgrade, go to the ATT in Santee and ask for the manager Paul.

I want to give Paul his props for fixing something in 5 minutes that 10 supervisors and an escalation team could not fix, he changed the last number of the IMEI number on both phones and JOILA! Upgrade became available. No biggie with old phones beacuse I am just selling them back to gazelle.

This bullshizz had me twisted.

I have to echo what others have said about this phone AMAZING

once you have it in your hand it feels like your old phone is a flip phone from the '80s. Maybe, just a better beeper;)

This new phone is some shizz cooked up on Mars. Some Martian crack.

Just reserved a Iphone 6+ 128 SG at the Apple store in Tulsa!!!!!! It's in stock, and i will be there when they open at 11 cst. I had to order it on my other line, and havent cancelled order i placed on 9/20. Won't until i have other phone in hand. I will just switch it to my main line when i get there and know that they actually have it. I will update all after this process. fingers crossed!!

That is what I had to do after ATT canceled my order for me. I walked in and had it in about 10 minutes. I ordered on 9/12. I have had it for 2 weeks. It is worth it. I hardly use my iPad anymore. I keep coming back to this thread in hopes that people are starting to get their phones. I have been reading and some posting from the very beginning. It was someone's post on how to go to the Apple Store that helped me get my phone. I understand the frustration. The fustration is not having the phones it is how ATT handled the situations and misleading people. I was in a ATT store last weekend and a couple were ordering a phone and were told about 2 weeks. Unbelievable. Maybe they were ordering a 16 gb

with 11/4 - 11/14 est. delivery
Still says backorder on #877 and Preparing to Ship on MyAT&T
No communication from AT&T at all

Local Apple store (5 miles away) has just about every 6+ configuration
Called them yesterday and I could have walked in and had my choice of 6+
If I cancel my Next AT&T order, I am not sure how long it would take to get my upgrade eligibility back. I will wait until 2 days after my shipping date ends and then if no activity will cancel from AT&T and get a phone from Apple.
AT&T will surely lose a lot of customers over this, but Apple probably has more to do with this late delivery than AT&T. I will always order directly from Apple in the future.
 
Well today is the start of my shipping window. Waited 7 weeks to get to this point and now I have more waiting... This really sucks....

Closes Apple store to me is 1 hour or more drive time. But I keep checking and if what I want comes available and I can reserve it, I will and make the drive for it...
 
New to the forums, have been lurking for a few hundred pages.

Ordered 9/22 sg 64, 10/30-11/10 shipping window. Wasn't going to get upset about anything until Tuesday, but this morning att can't find my order online. 877 still says backordered. Anyone have any ideas? Has att canceled my order?

You are probably aware but in case you're not, last Friday marked the beginning of the two week long Da Bizi Festival in China. All factories and workshops close in order to spend the holiday with family. It's the second most important festival of the year - just behind the Chinese New Year.

For those worried because AT&T can't find their order, relax. They can't find my order either and it has shipped.

I think they are simply updating their systems over the weekend so no orders are accessible and they are not competent enough to give users a good error message when they search.
 
I don't think I do. I'm in Missouri.

Not to creep or anything, but where in Missouri??? Some At&t stores have them, but sales reps are to lazy to look (and they don't bother to update their online stock".

went to trade my 5S in on Friday and the man came Ron the back and whispered "Ok we do have 6 plus's in stock"... This is after I watched him help 6 people order the exact same phone (I was in AT&T for 2 hours ##)
 
This is nice. AT$T is doing work on their systems so order information is not available. There is an Apple store about an hour and 15 minutes away from me that has my phone. Well the apple site can't talk to AT$T site because of this maintenance.

Going to call them when they open and see if they would hold the phone for me. Then I'll call AT$T and cancel my order... Here's hoping...
