Wow, I just checked my CC and I have a pending charge of $468 for my phone... Hoping it will ship out soon then..:eek::eek:

That's what happened to me last week. It will likely be shipped tomorrow and will arrive the following day......going by example.

Oh, and my phone isn't bent! :p
 
Fingers crossed, I have a birthday this weekend and the only present I want is my new phone. Cannot imagine that it will make it here by then, but at least u should have it by early next week.
 
Friday I was told what I wanted to hear "Yes, sir I am positive you'll receive your shipping details no later than Monday". Nope.

Monday I was told what I wanted to hear "Yes, sir I am creating an escalation ticket and someone will get back to you no later than 5PM." Nope.

Today I was told nothing but repeatedly over and over again "Your phone is backordered and we will let you know when we get more information" No idea when they will get information. They apparently get their phones via a flying unicorn that doesn't tell them when they will get more phones or how many they will get - they just get dropped off by the magical phone Unicorn.

This is a complete and utter lie. AT&T knows EXACTLY when they will get shipments from Apple. They know EXACTLY how many they get. They know EXACTLY which models they get. They know EXACTLY how many customers are waiting for their orders. It's basic math. We get X this week, Y next week, Z the following. Which means we can fulfill customers 1-1000 this week, 1001-2000 next week, etc. It isn't that hard. But, AT&T chooses to not give a rip about their customers.

AT&T sucks, and I loathe the fact that I am locked in to ordering through them. It is crystal clear that Premier customers are prioritized last when it comes to AT&T.

I honestly wonder at this point if I'll see my phone before the 6s comes out.

I'm honestly just seething. I don't even want to check the phone number bank account or online. If I hear or see backordered one more time I will snap.

Well-said and I completely agree. AT&T does not care to spend on their order fulfillment and notification systems to make them functional and informative. That's because they don't care about their customers, and they do care the least about "Premier" customers (what a joke).

I lucked out that my phone shipped on the day after my shipping window ended. But who gets what when seems to be almost random. I have a colleague who ordered AND received his phone in October! That was less than four weeks total. I ordered on 9/20 and my phone shipped November 8.

Maybe members of this group who are located in Texas should go to AT&T headquarters and stage and sit in until this mess is taken care of.
 
Is the Note 4 a good phone? I have no idea, not trying to imply anything, just curious. As for me, I would have to give a real hard look at this before I did anything. The reason is I would want BADLY to leave AT&T if I were in your shoes and would not want to tie myself down for another 2 years. Of course you can do it like me and promise yourself that in 2 years, God willing, you will leave this Bastard of a company.
 
I would LOVE to switch carriers. But no carrier besides AT&T has decent coverage. I've had AT&T since I was 12 on my parents plan and it was Cingular. I'm 29 now. In the midst of that I had Sprint for 6 months when they had unlimited texting and AT&T didn't. Never got calls. Never had service. Horrible. AT&T got unlimited texting and I switched back.
 
I want my phone. I'm like 3 seconds away from switching to Android. Hello, Note 4.

I'm working off a Note 3 right now. I switched because I wanted a bigger screen (had an iPhone 5 prior). Within 3 weeks the phone started to randomly shut it's self off and the battery would get super hot. I had to take it in and got a refurbished one. I'm still having problems with the phone freezing and battery getting hot. I hate it! Luckily my iPhone 6+ is supposed to be delivered today.

Other people have mentioned that they love the Note 3 & 4 so maybe it's just my bad luck. The one thing I do love about it is the camera. It has 12 or 13 megapixel and the new Note 4 is supposed to have 16 megapixel.

I am in the same boat. I have a pending charge for both of iPhone 6+ 64gb Gold. And it is being processed in 877 number too. Thanks for sharing. I was not going to check until the last day of my shipping, but I figured, you guys are in the similar shipping estimate, So I just tried my luck and Here I am.
I haven't received the shipping info yet, but I am guessing it will be either today or tomorrow at most.

I have been here since 9/25 and I am happy right now for finally seeing some changes.

Now, I know it is me being greedy in here, but I kind of stuck with the feeling whether I should sell these and go for 128gb instead. Any recommendations on this? I know there is black friday coming and If I sell this before and purchase 128gb in Best Buy or some other place that gives discount, would this worth it?
However, I heard that there is some issues with 128gb being TLC rather than MLC which cause some freezing and booting issues. Wasn't sure if that is a big concern or not.

All in all, very happy as I don't have to call or check anymore.

I had a note 3 before buying the iphone 6+, and let me tell you; everything about the note sucked.

For starters, there are numerous security issues w/ android. That may or may not be a problem for some people, for me it was.

Issue 2: they degrade much like windows machines, the reason for this being that any app can right to just about anywhere, things aren't sandboxed like on IOS, this causes numerous conflicts and overtime as more and more things are installed they begin to mess with each other in ways that you would never anticipate. The only way I can describe it is that the OS begins to "rot" and weird things begin to happen. For ex. I had an issue where my ringtones would just change on their own. I would place the phone on silent and step into a meeting but it would ring anyway.

Issue 3: touchwiz. it sucks. period.

I'd rather wait a million years for my phone to ship than go back to android.

My status on the online order checking site now says "Backordered" with no expected shipping window! :mad: 877# still has the same backordered message. Ordered 64GB SG 6+ through Premier. Did anyone receive their tracking info after they got this status or am I screwed?
 
Gingersnap....I also grew up with AT&T and hear about how their technology is waaaay better than other carriers. It's the only reason why I've stuck around so far. Verizon may have better customer service than AT&T, but it's more important that the phone & service to work right.

Even with me getting screwed over by a random order cancellation, I still think twice. I know you feel trapped and disheartened right now, but don't let your emotions get in the way of sticking with an Apple product.

Look around this forum...we are all sticking by you and got your back, as well as everyone else getting screwed!!!!

Ditto. Ordered 64GB SG 6+ through Premier 9/23 (shipping window 10/31-11/11) and status had been "Preparing to ship" since 9/23. This afternoon status changed to "Backordered" - last day of my shipping window. No emails from AT&T yet. No charges yet. I just called Premier support and they removed the $40 upgrade fee they had billed me on 9/23 which I'd paid in October. CSR said my order should be shipping soon. :rolleyes:
 
Ordered 9/22 6+ gold 64gb....order went to backordered yesterday, back to preparing to ship and now processing today so maybe that's the pattern and will ship tomorrow..!!
