I have seen any movement on 128s in two weeks. Is there anyone else still waiting for one since September?

I think everyone but me is getting their phones.

Hello everyone,
So I emailed the AT&T CEO today about my order placed on 9/22 (SG 64) and within a few hours got a phone call (that I missed), but also received an email telling me I had gotten a call. About an hour later I emailed Cathy (the manager of the AT&T executive response team) and she told me that the shipping windows we have been getting are given to AT&T by apple. She told me her opinion about this and she believes it is a marketing ploy by apple to create a frenzy surrounding the new phones.
She also told me my account was fine and as soon as they can, they will ship the phone. In regards to the actual shipment frame, I asked for a rough estimate and she straight up told me she has no idea when anyone will see their phones, as it is completely out of their hands.
To me it sounded like AT&T is a completely unnecessary middle-man. Oh well, apple has me hooked. Hopefully we'll see some sort of movement this week. At this point I don't even care who it is, I just want to see AT&T actually giving people phones.
By the way, she also told me there are still plenty of people who ordered before me that have yet to see their phones. It seems to be anybody's guess at this point.
What Cathy told you, I'm sorry to say, is total and absolute BS.
While sure - Cathy herself personally may not know - to try and pawn off the story that no one at a company the size, experience, and management of AT&T has no idea when a vendor is shipping them products and that it is out of their hands is absolute garbage.
Yes, supply comes from a vendor, but to try and tell end users that they have no idea what Apple is delivering to them and when is a joke and it's a lie. It's a fabrication. It's flat out lying to us. It's a pathetic joke. To try and convince the public that they have no idea when their vendors are sending them something is nothing more than AT&T thinking their customers are stupid.
And, now AT&T is trying to blame Apple for their complete and total botching of this launch? Look, I'm not confused that demand is exceeding supply, but it's been nearly 3 damn months and, now many of us have gone from shipping dates to "BEATS THE HELL OUT OF US". This is purely 100% AT&T being completely and utterly incompetent, and the fact that they completely screw over Premier customers. And, now they blame Apple? GMAFB.
Cathy did little more than provide you a title and a BS story that made you feel a bit better - "It's not just you".
I'm getting sick and tired of AT&T apologizing to me and "understanding my frustration." I'd rather hear the friggin truth. I'd rather they say "Look dude, we totally undercalled the volume for the Plus and especially the 128GB Plus phones, and it/s gonna be mid December." I'd rather hear "Sorry man, but Premier customers aren't getting squat until X,Y, and Z get them. TS for you." Instead I get no communication whatsoever until I proactively call them, and then it's nothing but BS stories and meaningless apologizing for being on backorder.
Give me the truth and I'd be more understanding and forgiving - lying to me over and over and over and telling me BS stories that a $130B company HAS NO IDEA WHEN APPLE WILL SHIP THEM PHONES is insanity.
These aren't startup companies manufacturing a product the first time. Apple knows exactly how long it takes to make these, they know how long it takes to supply their customers, likewise knows exactly when they are getting them and how long it will take to fulfill their customers. ATT simply chooses to provide no information to their customers and to keep yanking out chains "oh it's 10/30-11/10", "oh it's backordered" "oh we have no idea". What a joke.

I used the att next for the first time to upgrade my phone to the space grey 64 gb iPhone 6+ almost 2 weeks ago. After reading here and other places I want to cancel the order and get my upgrade back. Does anyone know how to do this? I don't want to wait 40 more days to get it and I want to order from Apple. Please help if you can
We just received our iPhones today - ordered them October 10th.
Our iPhone 6 Pluses were listed to ship from 11/19-12/1, so I guess we won the early shipping lottery.
Called AT&T to activate, and it said it would take up to 4 hours for activation with all of the new iPhones...hope this goes quickly!![]()
If you have never used NEXT before and this is the FIRST TIME you have canceled a NEXT order in 12 months then you won't have a problem.
All you have to do is call ATT with your order number(they will say they can't find your order so be prepared with the order number) and tell them you want to cancel and reverse your upgrade eligibility.
Stay on the phone until your eligibility is restored.
If it doesn't happen RIGHT AWAY don't believe their 24 to 72 hour BS. Go to a CORPORATE ATT store (not retail) and ask for a manager to reverse your upgrade.
It will take about 15 minutes(aka hour and a half) on the phone with ATT or 5 minutes at the CORPORATE store.
If you have an Apple store around you with stock I suggest you go get your phone there. Otherwise you may be waiting until after Christmas.
Ok, so I can just go into an ATT store and have the reverse it in store? I hate talking on the phone, it takes too long. What do you think I should do, wait for the phone or order with apple? I would go to an apple store but the closest one around here is about an hour away and I don't have the time to go.
