AT&T Pre-order status iPhone 6 Plus (only)

I ordered Nov. 1st, 🙄 but after reading about all the problems with ATT I don't want to wait till after Christmas, my shipping dates are 12/11-12/22, but with this backorder hell I'm worried It will keep getting delayed. I want to make sure I make the right decision. I was prepared to wait the 6 weeks but if it's going to end up being longer I want to order somewhere else, any opinions?

If I were you I would call ATT and cancel now WAIT ON THE PHONE until your eligibility returns, if it does return immediately(it should) order online with Apple.
You cannot do NEXT and pick up in the store so you will have to wait and hope they fulfill your order in the 3 week time frame. Otherwise you should MAKE TIME to go to the Apple Store when there is stock-- check idevicechecker or istocknow you can set up notifications.

If it's more comforting to you to go to the ATT corporate store to cancel your order you may but I don't think you will have a problem on the phone. You can try this number 866-267-4510 and speak to an order specialist or dial 611. DO NOT listen to their BS no matter what they say. It's ALL lies.

My advice? QUIT WAITING

Apple all the way.
 
CC finally got charged for the wife's Go/64gb/6+, Ordered 10/3. The 877# says being processed but the website still shows "preparing to ship". I've been following for a wile now and expect to have a tracking number tomorrow! I know she'll be excited, seeing how I already have mine!
 
Website just changed from backordered quantity 1 to backordered quantity 0. 877 now says processing... every other order status page still says preparing to ship. Hopefully this means something good is going to happen tomorrow.

edit: normal premier order tracking site still says 'Processing' with my original shipping range, which ends at midnight.

Me too gingersnap. Since we no longer have shipping dates, we have no idea when it will ship. If I could do it over again, I would have ordered through Apple. Probably would have gotten it 3-4 weeks ago.

So much for getting my phone. Touch ID stopped working and kept saying failed so I tried restoring it and now it won't restore. And I just turned in my 4s this evening, so now I have no phone. 😡
 
Wish I had seen this post before. I just ordered a silver 128 gb iPhone 6 today on Att Next and it says shipping 3-5 days. I was gonna get the 64 gb but it said 7-14 so I chose the 128. I knew about the shipping issues because it happened to me with my iPad air 2, but a lady at the att store told me she ordered her phone last Sunday and received it Wed.. So I thought maybe there was hope it wouldn't take long. Of course hers is a 16 gb.. So who knows? Supposed to ship 11/14-11/18. We will see. Not expecting much. :/.

Yep I feel the same way never ever again! I still can't believe they told me I was suppose to have my phone by now but they r not getting any new ones till most likely December...I was like f u!!! They actually told me to cancel and go to a Apple Store.
 
Early today... Status changed to process and charges on my CC... Tonight it shipped out and got an email saying it shipped. It will arrive tomorrow via FedEx Overnight 😀 Don't know if there's anyone home to sign for it though... 😕

Estimated Shipping Dates 11/06-11/17

877# went from Backordered to Processing sometime this evening.

Been watching this thread for a while. Hope to see it shipped tomorrow.
 
Did AT&T wrong Apple in some way that they are no longer priority? My parents ordered 2 iPhones 6+ 16 GB and 64 GB early October and haven't received their phones yet. The good thing is that they're patient because I certainly wouldn't be. Unlike my parents I'm with Verizon and ordered 3 iPhone 6+'s 64 GB in each color for my brothers and I on Nov. 2nd and they are 100% for sure shipping out tomorrow as I've already been charged. Really don't understand what's going on with AT&T. I've been reading this thread trying to gage what is going on with their phones and it just seems like they'll never get them. Their phones are on backorder and I believe their shipping window is about to end.😕

Just got email from
ATT my order shipped from Dallas and will arrive Delray Beach Thursday via FedEx.

I am here with you too Gingersnap. Ordered 9/23 same phone, premier. Got back order yesterday on status page (last day of my shipping estimate). Happened about an hour after I called the 877 number to ask if they knew anything (even though I knew they wouldn't). Thought it would just make me feel better.. Haha...WRONG!
 
Found a Silver 64gb + at best buy yesterday, ATT wouldn't let me cancel my SG order so put the 6+ on another line, now i have to return the SG when it gets here, complicated but at least I finally landed a phone
 
Seriously. Still with the folks ordering after me, getting theirs shipped. Not mad at these folks, just AT&T.

Ordered a 128G/SG 6Plus. 9/19. Still in back order limbo. 😕

Wow, on the last day of my delivery window I have received a tracking number! She's a gold 64GB 6+ ordered on 9/24.

I have an interesting data point for anyone comparing AT&T and Apple ordering: I ordered two of the exact phones on the same day: one at an AT&T corporate store, and the other from Apple's online site about an hour later.

The Apple order arrived on Oct 22 (just under 4 weeks), and the AT&T order is arriving Nov 18 (almost 8 weeks).
